Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are clearly only showing parts of their phone conversation. They can tell you anything to make it look like they are in the right. Why are there missing conversation periods from their so called phone conversation. We want a copy for our records.They could be using anybody's made up conversation. They are such big liars. [redacted] asked three times are there any other fees, they said no. They were in a hurry asking for the $99 without finish explaining all they had to do. Also, they was trying to get my wife to sign an agreement form on her email without reading it by telling her to click on links and signature lines for her credit card information. I received only one application for a loan and that one was rejectedThe others that Derick F* referenced never materialized and it was only said out of convenience after I had said enough due to the fact that nothing was happeningIf Mr T***'s statement is true he should produce the applications and I will surely fill them outMy assumption (very well supported by facts) is that there are noneSince this debacle in February I have searched many avenues for start up loans and I get the same answer from the lending institutions such as Wells Fargo, Bank of AmericaM&T BankUSAA Bank, Capital One Finance, PNC BankSuntrust, Peoples Bank, etcThe answer is that there are no business loans for startup because there is no collateralThe standard answer is come back in two years with sales receipts and we will talkSo why couldn't Derick just tell me that?? The loan I secured on my own was a personal loan and not a business loan so why would I pay $2,to have someone get me a personal loan when I could do that on my own?? I was mis-lead by a company that fleeces money from its customers upfrontI agree that the Go2Capital did provide $1,worth of service by obtaining an EIN application and a Maryland State LLC application (I could have done this on my own)Still a hefty fee for this serviceI still believe that I am due the refund of $1,for ineffective service and I will not satisfied until it happensSo Mr T*** you can rebuttal all you want but I can counter all your claims and will not agree to settling this dispute

You compared your company to Verizon and funny that you mentioned them because I work for AT&T At AT&T customers have weeks to return any product for a full refund and contract will be voidedBut that's not important, what matters is that I cancelled our agreement moments after I agreedNot hours but minutesEssentially I walked in your store and said "yes I agree to the deal" but open hearing more about the details of what I actually was purchasing I changed my mind and said "No thank you"This all happened 6/15/I could understand if some time had lapsed, even if it was a whole dayBut not minutes laterIt's unfortunate to know that there are people in this world that don't care and are willing to step on or steal from anyone just to better themselvesI read complaints of countless other people that Go2capitol and Biz2capital have stolen fromI guess that your company had to many complaints so it was necessary to change the nameThis will be my last response because I know that I won't be seeing a refund because your not a legitimate company and its a waste of time

HI, my complaint is about $2500.00 which they charged from me and get contract signed stating that if they are not able to get loan for me then 50% would be refunded back as remaining 50% would be charged as per their services but now they are not refunding me back 50% and I checked lot of others customers too they cheat on same pretext , it a scan and need to investigate thoroughly, read their contract as it looks like they first take$ 2500.00from everyone and then being not able to procure loan they never refunded back remaining 50% as signed in contract.I want my 50% back I am ready to pay 50% as per agreed on contract.I have attached agreement copy, read clause number 5 for reference related to 50% refund.

This client isn't entitled to any refund. The client had credit conditions that needed to be satisfied prior top submission of application. The client called back 45 days after she initiated services with Go2Capital, stated that she was in a financial bind and inquired about a refund. She was...

told by 2 different department heads that contractually she's not entitled to any refund. The client was requesting a small amount of capital (10K), and these loans are easy to place once the necessary credit conditions are met. This client will need to call Go2Capital if she's wants to continue with this process. Again, she's currently not entitled to any refund - but we'll review the file and see if any special consideration can be made for her case. Regards,

We understand the frustration with trying to get a small business loan. Unfortunately if applicants are unable to keep current on their financial obligations, that makes it very difficult to help them get a small business loan. Additionally if applicants mention they are going to close down their business and file bankruptcy - no financial institution will be able to help this situation.  We understand that hardships/growing pains are a part of growing a small businesses, but if the applicant's situation becomes night and day during the course of loan placement - that isn't the fault of Go2Capital. I am rejecting this response because: I have credit monitoring and have pulled my 3 bureau credit report and my report shows no default on any current loan and no new collections on my credit report. I have the credit monitoring documents month to month and have only fluctuated 8 points on my credit score since this whole process with go2capitol.

I am rejecting this response because: it was not that I did not "want" to continue the funding process.  I was quite happy to continue filling out applications.  The funding became irrelevant because my company had to close and file for bankruptcy.  There was no contractual expectation of an infinite amount of time to find funding.
