We listened to the entire call that took place with this claimant.  Below is a timeline of questions asked by the claimant, and the answers that were provided.7:00 minute - Client asked: "is the initial fee refundable if we don't get a loan?"             ...

        Business Response: No. The fee is nonrefundable9:26 minute - Client asked: "does the initial fee guarantee a loan?"                      Business Response: No. It's impossible for any company to "guarantee" financing on an initial phone call. 9:44 minute - Client asked: "is the initial fee was some kind of subscription fee that bills month/month; and does it need to be canceled?"                       Business Response: No.  This isn't a subscription service.The claimants wife jumped on the phone at the 10:00 minute mark and started asking questions about other potential fees associated with this process.                      Business Response:  Discussed closing fees, origination fees, annual fees, and other packing fees that applicants potentially face; depending on the outcome of underwriting. 13:40 minute - Client asked: "Even though we pay the $99.00, we might be facing other fees?"                        Business Response: Yes. Again, everything is contingent upon underwriting. Many applicants incur other fees.20:00 minute - Husband jumped back on the line (assuming both parties were on speaker), and stated "so basically if I don't have an immediate approval, I'm out the initial fee and that's it?"                        Business Response: Correct. You must consent to any additional work done in your behalf. Additionally you must consent to submit any applications to the lender; and understand all fees associated with the debt                         product/lender. After this conversation, the claimant gave the billing method authorized for service.  Resolution:              During this conversation Go2Capital asked the claimants if they had submitted any applications in the past 6 months, and they stated, "NO". This was far from accurate. The applicants had over 25 inquires on their credit from previous activity. Obviously this hurts any immediate placement options that otherwise could have been utilized.Go2Capital clearly explained all fees to this claimant. No refund will be issued. The applicants asked about the initial fee multiple times, and consented to the charge with a clear understanding of service. If the claimant wants to call Go2Capital to further discuss; that's fine. This client doesn't qualify for any refund per the contractually terms entered. Clients received refunds when they are declined, and return all denial letters to our company. You were approved for 2 loans — 1 you accepted, the other you rejected. Additionally multiple derogatory remarks were...

removed from your credit report during this process using our service. Had those negative items not been removed, you wouldn't have been able to secure any loan approval. The loans that you were approved for help small business owners to establish business credit. If businesses prove they can take these early stage loans, utilize them and not default; it enables borrowers to secure more capital for future loan placement. Regarding contact — you have spoke to Derick 25, and have received multiple emails regarding your account.  If this client doesn't want to continue with loan placement beyond what has already been done, as a courtesy we will issue him a $500.00 refund and close out his account. A refund authorization will be sent to his email, once executed — the refund will be processed. You were approved for a line of credit over 1 year ago using our service. Since that approval, there has been no correspondence from you stating that you would like to obtain additional working capital. No lender can force commitment/follow through. There's been no record of you reaching out...

Incorrect. The information is clearly visible on our privacy policy. Regardless, even if this information didn't exist (which it does),  the applicants/claimants were told verbally multiple times that the initial fee was nonrefundable, and didn't guarantee a loan. Every debt application will be subject to final underwriting, which gives visibility to the applicants situation.  This applicant heavily shopped their credit HEAVILY before coming to our company - excessive inquiry activity is something that will be problematic with future placement. Again, this claimant is more than welcome to call Go2Capital, and we will go over the entire call with them on the phone. We will show the multiple points in conversation where all fees were discussed. I've listened to the entire call 2 times now - however in the event that we listen together, and the conversation that took place somehow changes... we will gladly credit the fee.  The clients will need to call Go2Capital, and ask to speak to compliance to further review.Regards,

Per the contract terms, this claimant isn't entitled to any refund. We're not going to disclose the reasons, or the personal history of this account; due to the fact that it would disclose too much personal data of the claimant. However we have discussed the issue with this claimant...

Again, the claimants are  more than welcome to call Go2Capital, and we will go over the entire call with them. The only part of the conversion that was excluded was the introduction, where the claimant provided all their personal data. Obviously we're not going to disclose all this information on a public web-form. If any confusion took place on this call, it's because the parties (husband and wife), kept switching the phone back and forth; and asking different questions. We have already sent the claimants an email telling them to directly contact Go2Capital. To date, 2 applications were submitted on behalf of this applicant. The first application was submitted on 08/01, the second application was submitted on 09/15. In regards to this applicants military service, Go2Capital advised against submitting any applications until the necessary credit...

work was completed on their account (this recommendation was ignored). If you submit applications, with tax lines, and other negative items reporting on credit; this can be problematic with placement. Additionally, even though an applicant has served in the military; there may not be an SBA product/loan that they can apply for based of their current stage in business, and the industry that they are operating in. SBA loans are lengthy applications, and every lender will underwrite an SBA application different based off industry and time in business. We were unaware of any dissatisfaction of service. We will reach out to this client today to confirm to status of the previous applications that were submitted; and to discuss additional placement options if applicable. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: No where on their website states a $99 charge for loan packaging is provided. Neither is any mention of spending an excess of $2,000 afterwards. They are so conniving in the way they speak and approach you. They won't even answer your questions thoroughly. We do not care what they tell Revdex.com over some so call taped conversation they claim to have. There are ways to erase and change things on tapes to make the company look good. [redacted] ask over three types would their be anymore fees and they said no. We have been ripped off of our money under false pretenses and we want it back. We will not settle for nothing else. They are liars and they know it

I am rejecting this response because: They are clearly only showing parts of their phone conversation. They can tell you anything to make it look like they are in the right. Why are there missing  conversation periods from  their so called  phone conversation. We want a copy for our records.They could be using anybody's made up conversation. They are such big  liars. [redacted] asked three times are there any other fees, they said no. They were in a hurry asking for the $99 without finish explaining all they had to do. Also, they was trying to get my wife to sign an agreement form on her email without reading it by telling her to click on links  and signature lines for her credit card information. They never said what the  $99 fee was for, just to get something started, but never went in to real detail.

Go2Capital have been in business for 6.5 years - and our complaint volume is ridiculously low in comparison to the number of clients serviced annually. A more clear example of this would be if you chose Verizon as your mobile carrier, then decided that you wanted to go with Sprint instead. If businesses didn't have the right to enforce the terms of their contracts - business would cease to exist. We understand that business financing can be a frustrating process, however if applicants simply choose to abandon the loan process (which you did) - there's nothing Go2Capital (or any financial institution), will be able to do for you. At this point, Go2Capital will let you opt-out of your contract if you're no longer committed to obtaining the loan - and we'll issue you a refund of $300.00 as a courtesy. I am rejecting this response because:I did not inform them that I was canceling because I was able to obtain a loan from my bank. That is a blatant lie. I informed them that I wanted to cancel because I was lied to about the purpose for what my $2,500.00 investment was being used for.

Go2Capital has 15 complaints in 6+ years of business. Our complaint volume is ridiculously low in comparison to the volume of clients we assist annually. If you were to search other financial institutions on the Revdex.com, some will have over 3000 complaints in that same stretch of time. You're making a very broad assumptions with your statements/claims - but they are just that; assumptions. Some loans do not happen over night. Some applications take 24hrs, other applications can take several months. Industry, credit, loan amount, use of funds, and the lender; have significant impact on how quickly applicants can get in position to secure funds. However this is besides the point - per the contract this claimant agreed to submit all applications pending on her file. She refused, and by her own statement went and secured the loan through another channel/resource. This claimant started the process in December of 2016, and asked for a refund in January of 2017. This claimant refused to let Go2Capital work the account, and disengaged from service; again, not the fault of Go2Capital.No additional consideration for refund will be extended to this claimant. Regards, CJ T[redacted]

am rejecting this response because:Do a little research and you will see how many people have complained about you and your misrepresentation of the product you offered.  Obviously your not that good at your jobs because it wasn't difficult at all to secure our financing. I made the mistake of believing Cody and your website, and was beyond naive thinking I could deal with an individual such as yourself; lesson learned. Not sure why you are such a hostile and vulgar person CJ but im sure you have reasons. I will do my best to ensure other people are not taken advantage of by you and your company

I am rejecting this response because: We want to listen to the phone call also. This company is very sneaky and we want to  make sure that this is our voice and phone conversation that took place. They could tell Revdex.com anything. We want to prove that this is our conversation, things can be erased and so forth

If the applicant is using a credit monitoring site, the report will not be accurate until she refreshes the credit. Additionally credit monitoring sites are re-sellers credit. Which means the data provided, especially the score - will not score properly until the credit maturity and diversity of the applicant is applied to the loan product that she is attempting to get in position for.If the applicant wants to know the collections that are currently reporting, she can email us - and we will provide the creditor that is reporting the delinquency, as well as the collections amount that is now reporting on her credit report.
