Aqua Finance, Incacknowledges the complaint filed by Mr***We have reviewed his file and empathize with his frustrations We offer the following findings and hope this response provides clarity and closure to this matter Mr [redacted] has been a valued customer since June of Aqua Finance was first made aware of an issue with the water treatment system on September 30, As the finance company we do not service the system, but assured Mr [redacted] that we would reach out to the dealership who sold him the product On October 4, 2017, a representative from our office spoke with Danny [redacted] ; [redacted] of Environmental Water Resources He stated that he had not received any calls from Mr***, but would reach out to him right away That same day Danny [redacted] called our office and stated that he had made two attempts to call Mr [redacted] and he did not answerHe stated a third attempt would be made that evening and a message would be left He also informed our representative that there are no charges for service, just the annual cleaning fee Throughout October and November 2017, numerous attempts were made to reach Mr*** On December 1, we spoke to Mr [redacted] and he stated he was not going to pay until his system was serviced Our representative explained to him that Environmental Water Resources had attempted to call him On December 5, our office made a call to Danny [redacted] He stated that his records showed no calls from Mr*** He indicated that he would reach out to Mr [redacted] again Our office then received this complaint on January 3, That same day, Mr [redacted] called our office regarding his outstanding amount owed and again expressed his dissatisfaction with the Water Treatment System We offered to do an immediate conference call with the Dealership and Mr [redacted] declined and asked that a supervisor call him back that evening A supervisor did call Mr [redacted] back that evening and offered again to schedule a call with Environmental Water Resources He asked that we call him the next day A representative called him at the time requested on January 4, and Mr [redacted] did not answer the call We believe we have made numerous attempts to rectify the situation and assist Mr [redacted] in resolving this issue If Mr [redacted] wishes to reschedule a conference call, he is welcome to contact our office at ###-###-#### to do so Thank youKatie [redacted] AVP – Compliance [redacted]

We wish to thank Mr [redacted] for reaching out to us regarding his concerns with Pride Contractors As the finance company, independent from the Dealership; we take these complaints very seriously and hope we can assist you in resolving them as quickly as possible Upon receipt of the complaint, we reached out to Pride Contractors immediately They stated they had received multiple calls from Mr [redacted] Each time, a contracted Plumber was sent to his house at no cost to Mr [redacted] Each time it was determined that there was no problemAn issue then arose with concerns regarding the drain line leaking The contracted Plumber came out to Mr [redacted] 's home It was determined that the mud puddle in Mr [redacted] 's yard was caused by leaking outdoor faucets, but in an effort to provide exemplary service, the Plumber redirected the drain line directly to the sewer Pride Contractors was then contacted by Mr [redacted] who stated he had unfortunately lost his job and could no longer afford the water treatment system and again stated he was unhappy with the product Pride Contracts again in an effort to assist Mr [redacted] , offered to completely switch out the water treatment system at no charge, but Mr [redacted] then refused to let them back to the house We are sensitive to difficult situations and understand that if Mr [redacted] is experiencing a financial hardship, we welcome him to contact our office and arrange a manageable payment plan Mr [redacted] may contact me directly at ###-###-#### ext Based on the information we have gathered, we believe that Pride Contracts has done everything in their power to assist Mr [redacted] with his service issues If he wishes to discuss his loan obligation, we will be available to assist him with that Thank youKatie [redacted]

Thank you for the correspondence regarding Ms. ***. I have reviewed Ms. ***'s complaint and our file in great detail and will offer the following findings. Ms. [redacted] is correct in her statement that the loan was obtained jointly with her spouse at the time; Mr. Richard ***. In 2012 we had... several conversations with Mr. [redacted] as we were unable to reach Ms. ***. An agreement was then made with Mr. [redacted] to remove him from the loan for $1000.00, but the letter explicitly stated the UCC Fixture Filing lien would not be removed. Due to privacy reasons I can't release full details of the letter or provide a copy. I certainly empathize with Ms. [redacted] and this has been a frustrating situation for her. As a gesture of good faith Aqua Finance, Inc. will agree to negotiate a settlement in the amount of $1,800.00 with Ms. ***. The current balance is $3,011.30. We have received and reviewed Ms. [redacted] 's complaint, along with reviewing all the calls, which are recorded on our end, and reiterate our position that all terms and conditions were: #1 Presented in writing via the Revolving Credit Agreement and Disclosure, given to the [redacted] 's at the time of their application, #2 verbally verified with Mr. [redacted] , via a recorded phone conversation on October 24, 2014 at 3:51 PM. #3 Ms. [redacted] made 21 monthly payments without any issues, receiving 21 monthly statements that also detail the payment amount, the interest rate and term of loan with both minimum payments along with the term assuming a higher payment amount. There was no misunderstanding of rate and term, all rates and terms were disclosed over several different ways, and all information was sent upon request by Ms. [redacted] . The [redacted] 's signed the Credit Agreement that states they understood all the terms, rates, and other conditions in regards to their financing. While we sympathize with the [redacted] 's regarding the tragedy involving their home, it does not void or waive their liability regarding this debt. Once again, we would expect the [redacted] 's to honor their obligation and to continue with their payments. They are also welcome to payoff the loan and finance this debt elsewhere, as there is no pre-payment penalty.

Aqua Finance, Incacknowledges Mr [redacted] ’ complaint and hopes to provide clarity to this situation We regret the circumstances surrounding this matter and apologize for the inconveniences caused On July 22, Aqua Finance, Incpurchased Mr [redacted] ’ loan from [redacted] Financial A letter notifying him of this change was mailed to him the same day According to the records received from [redacted] Financial Mr [redacted] was not enrolled in their automatic payment program, but was making payments each month by phone In addition, monthly statements were mailed to Mr [redacted] providing him with his balance, amount owed and how to make monthly payments I have included these statements for his review Due to interest accruing on a daily basis on this loan, we are unable to reverse these accrued interest charges as they are legitimate charges on his loan Our position is that Mr [redacted] was provided with sufficient information on a monthly basis regarding his loan along with the initial letter stating his loan had been sold Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused If Mr [redacted] wishes to discuss this matter further he may contact our office at ###-###-#### Thank youKatie [redacted] ###-###-####

Aqua Finance, Incis in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms***. I have reviewed her file and offer the following findingsOn November 14, Ms*** signed a contract for $2,for a Water Treatment SystemShe was offered a promotion that allowed to her to pay the loan in
full within months without interest - a month same as cash promotion. If the loan was not paid in full interest would be imposed from day one. Ms*** received a billing statement each month with the promotion end date of November 23, 217. Ms*** did not pay her loan off, but made a payment of $2,300.00, on December 26, - over one month after the promotion had expired. She did not accrue $in one month. This amount was the total amount of interest from the beginning of the loan, leaving her a remaining balance on her account of $26.86. After Ms*** had several conversations with our Management team, Mr*** did call her back and left her a voicemail concerning a refund on December 27th stating no refund would be made. We are willing to waive the remaining balance owed on Ms***'s loan in the amount of $to resolve this matter. I do not agree again what Aqua Finance stated again is incorrect and what Mr*** is stating is (lie)I will be going a higher level to launch an investigation as there is a lot of illegal business practices going onThis company is scamming people and when people pay they are paying in good faith until an investigation can occur as this company is spiteful and corrupt.

This is just a generic response I'm not contacting whatever company they said to contactThese people are the ones who put the illegeal inquiry on and they are the only ones who can remove itI've read all the other complaints this company has through your site no way I'd ever do business with themI plan to pursue every legal option I have they can either remove it or I will file complaints with the state banking commission as well as post their responses on all my social media accounts to let others know to stay away from this company. online billing site on October 15, When Mr*** set this up he opted to not receive paper bills I have attached a screen shot of his account to show this I have made a change through his profile to now receive paper bills, but this will take one month to generate I apologize this was not clearly conveyed to him on his most recent phone call to our office As a gesture of good faith I have made a credit to Mr***'s account in the amount of $which covers half of the late charges accrued on his account We value Mr*** as a customer and if he has any further questions he may reach out to me directly at ###-###-#### extension Thank you. We would like to thank Ms*** for bringing her concerns to our attention We have reviewed her concerns and offer the following findings ,Ms*** stated that Aqua Finance was charging her interest on her loan that she "paid in full" because she did not call in Her
statement was generated on October 25, showing a amount owed as of that day of $8, On the billing statement the language at the bottom of the statement states to call if you would like a pay-off quote Because the loan accrues interest on a daily basis, the balance would not be the same when the payment was received as when the statement was generated From the date of Ms***'s statement to the date we received her payment, days of interest had accrued Therefore the daily interest charge of approximately $would be multiplied by the number of days between the statement and the date the payment posted This left Ms*** a balance of $ Two days later we received a payment in the amount of $and her loan is now paid in full with a zero balance We apologize for the confusion and value Ms*** as a customer If she has any further questions, she is welcome to contact our office directly at *** extension Thank you

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by MsWillis. We appreciate her bringing these concerns to our attention and wish to respond accordingly. She states she found it difficult to get in contact with our company. We apologize for this. Our phone number is located
at the bottom of the contract she signed when she purchased the water treatment system and her first billing statement was generated on July 25th, prior to her first payment due date of August 22nd. Our address and phone number are on this billing statement. On August 31, a call was placed to MsWillis as a friendly reminder as her first payment had not been received. She stated that she would make the payment on-line and our representative emailed her the directions how to do so to her personal email address. Our company contact information is also located in our emails. We were first made aware of an issue that she had regarding our online billing system on December 29th, She did not enroll in our online billing program until the end of December or January 2016. Therefore she received five billing statements via mail that state when the Promotional end date is Her complaint states she did not know when the six month time frame began or ended. For her reference, I am including a copy of the signed contract that states: “No interest if paid in full in six months. If the balance is not paid in full in six months, interest will be imposed from the date of purchase at a rate of 17.99% as disclosed in your Revolving Credit Agreement”. I am also including for her reference a copy of the January billing statement that also states the Promotional Due date is January 17, 2016. If MsWillis did not receive a billing statement in the mail, it is because she set up to receive her statements electronically through her e-mail. Due to both the Retail Installment Contract and monthly billing statements clearly stating the loan must be paid in full by January 17, 2016, we are unable to waive the accrued interest charges. We sincerely apologize for the confusion MsWillis feels we caused her. If she has any further questions she is welcome to contact me directly at ###-###-####
