We reached out to this customer recently to answer any questions she may have regarding our policies, this circumstance and expressed our interest in helping her resolve the transmission issues she was havingAlthough all of our policies and the law was followed, we will continue to follow up with her in order to resolve the issue

The account for Mr [redacted] was sent to PCE in order to collect on the remaining balanceThe balance that is sent to be collected is the remaining balance plus any accrued late chargesThis is a reduced amount from the total amount owedWe do this to assist the customer in being able to settle/create payment plans on a much less amountI left Mr [redacted] a message requesting a call backI would like to see the paperwork he has showing a different amount so we can correct any error on our endWe have settlement and payment plan options available as well if Mr [redacted] would like to start paying down on the deficiency balance

I financed a vehicle through this companyWhy did I even bother!!! this company is rude and do not care about the consumerI recently had a death in my family and had to rush out of town! I spoke to a representative and explained what was going on and stated that I would make the payment on the next dayThe representative stated that he would document the accountWell the next morning I wake up to go make my payment and my vehicle was gone!!!! I was about days late on the paymentI called to find out what was going on and how much was due to retrieve my vehicleThey lady that picked up the phone stated that I was hiding another vehicle in my garage and that I had two accountsI explained to the Representative that she may be mistaken me for my sister [redacted] blandly told me that I was lying and that I do not have a twin I was hiding a vehicleI asked to speak to my rep and she sated that I need to call backI call back and they tell me that I can get a payment amount until I verify my identityBecause I have a sister with a similar name and black families don't do that! How rude!!!!!! Stay far away from this shady business!!!!

[redacted] did not say mail a check or money order for $and we will see I would like them to either honor their promises and return my car then work with me on the repossession fees or cancel the contract and return my money Also since she mentioned the contract, I am compelled to mention that the copy I have does not say I cannot make partial payments I made that payment in good faith to show that although my identity was stolen, I was trying This company says one thing and does another I would like them honor their promises and stop telling lies Regards, [redacted]

I do not accept Gold Acceptance because when I was on the phone with Gold Acceptance and LoanMart, I was told that as soon as Gold Acceptance verified that my $300.00 payment had cleared I would get my refund. Recently obtained new insurance for my vehicle, I did notify the company of the change and faxed over the declaration binder showing my new insurance information their office requiredI obtained the fax number from one of their receptionistI was advised by the company to wait hours before the faxes are submitted to the systemI did so, and obtained a fax confirmationWhen I called to see if they had received the declaration binder I was informed that there was nothing in the systemSo I refaxed it and yet again confirmed the fax number before sendingObtained another fax confirmation and this time I decided to wait a weekA few days after refaxing the declaration binder of insurance I receive a letter in the mail saying that and extra $dollars had been tacked onto what I owe due to the fact they did not have information on my new insuranceI called and was very nice a polite requesting an explanation after faxing it over twice and having fax confirmationsThe lady who assisted me was very rude and laughed like it was a jokeThat day my fiancé, insurance company and myself faxed it over yet againAgain they said they don’t have the paperworkAt that time I felt like there is nothing I can do but pay off an extra $dollarsThree months have now gone by and I have received another letter saying that they have put additional $dollars on to what I oweWhen I bought this car I got it for $6,500, it’s been a year a months since I’ve had itI have paid my car note every month and in total to this date I have paid off $3,640, but I still owe them over $5,dollarsI have gone through faxing the information againAt this point I am seeking an attorneyI have all my documentation from beginning till nowAlways keep your paperwork when dealing with companies

After a thorough review of the complaint submitted, we've determined we can not give Mr*** his desired resolutionMr*** was provided with an NMVTIS and Autocheck report showing the vehicle had not sustained any body/frame damage at point of purchaseAlso, Gold Acceptance was not made
aware of any mechanical issues Mr*** may have been experiencing during the phone conversation between him and our representative during the life of the loanWe do encourage Mr*** to reach out to us as we do have settlement opportunities for any deficiency balance

We have reached out to Mr*** *** directly to resolve the issues he has presentedWhile we are unable to comply with his desired settlement, we are positive we can come to an agreeable resolution
