I have been paying this company for over 4 years on a $9000 loan. I have sent in proof of insurance multiple times and each time they say they don't have my proof of insurance and tact on more money to my balance. This loan should have been payed off but they keep adding more to my balance. This company is very horrible their is nothing in my contract that states you will be charged more if we don't have proof of insurance. I know someone who went through the same thing with this company their trying to get over on customers by overcharging them. I recently asked for a breakdown of every payment I've made and the so called fees they are charging which I will have a lawyer looking further into!!!

It was brought to my attention that my credit score should be much higher due to the fact that I'd financed a car. Upon viewing my credit score, it has not changed in relation to me financing the car. While they may have reported that I paid my note, their guarantee of improving my credit score was a false claim. Now they want me to pay the balance and report a repossession which is unacceptable.  If they can not positively improve my credit score by reporting the on time payments, then they do not need to report anything derogatory.

We spoke to the customer this morning and gave her the number to the Repo company in order for her to recover her personal belongings.Thank you.

I do not accept Gold Acceptance because when I was on the phone with Gold Acceptance and LoanMart, I was told that as soon as Gold Acceptance verified that my $300.00 payment had cleared I would get my refund.  Both company had the conversation recorded and I don't think I should have to wait until 9/23/15.

Maybe they should have paid better attention to my complaint before responding so quickly.  The complaint is not about the fact that the car was repossessed.  It was about the horrible customer service/treatment I have received and the verbal agreement [redacted] made to return my car if I paid $260.  She made promises she did not keep and that is unacceptable.  I had to keep any promises I made.  With regard to the comment she made about alternate payments, how can I send a check or money order when the payment had to be made right away to get my car back?  [redacted] did not say mail a check or money order for $260 and we will see.  I would like them to either honor their promises and return my car then work with me on the repossession fees or cancel the contract and return my money.  
Also since she mentioned the contract, I am compelled to mention that the copy I have does not say I cannot make partial payments.  I made that payment in good faith to show that although my identity was stolen, I was trying.  This company says one thing and does another.  I would like them honor their promises and stop telling lies.

I specifically told their rep Irene multiplier times about the issues with the brakes, ac, and the frame damage. The claim that it wasn't made known is an outright falsehood. I even asked them about replacing the vehicle.
