I am unable to locate an account with the demographic information provided. I called the number listed on the complaint but was unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. Consumer has misrepresented the facts. She was given all appropriate information to retrieve her personal property and to recover her vehicle. We have no other remedies for her situation and future ramblings and complaints are mere harassment.
We reached out to this customer recently to answer any questions she may have regarding our policies, this circumstance and expressed our interest in helping her resolve the transmission issues she was having. I have been paying on this loan for the past two years. It was brought to my attention that my credit score should be much higher due to the fact that I'd financed a car. Upon viewing my credit score, it has not changed in relation to me financing the car. While they may have reported that I paid my note, their guarantee of improving my credit score was a false claim. Now they want me to pay the balance and report a repossession which is unacceptable. If they can not positively improve my credit score by reporting the on time payments, then they do not need to report anything derogatory.

I may ramble as it is clear that this business lies and does not follow the rules of proper business ethics or if its financial part in a situation such as mine. The lies and deceit are unacceptable and deplorable as are the words they choose to use when defending their actions . THE FACT THEY HAVE IMPOUNDED MY VEHICLE ONE THAT THEY DID NOT FINANCE AND NO REGARD FOR THE WRONGDOINGS IS OUTRAGEOUS! THEY SHOULD BE PUT UP ON BLAST FOR THIS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SEEK JUSTICE TO EXPOSE THESE ACTS THAT ARE AGAINST ALL PROPER CONSUMER ETHICS! I financed a vehicle through this company. Why did I even bother!!! this company is rude and do not care about the consumer. I recently had a death in my family and had to rush out of town! I spoke to a representative and explained what was going on and stated that I would make the payment on the next day. The representative stated that he would document the account. Well the next morning I wake up to go make my payment and my vehicle was gone!!!! I was about 15 days late on the payment. I called to find out what was going on and how much was due to retrieve my vehicle. They lady that picked up the phone stated that I was hiding another vehicle in my garage and that I had two accounts. I explained to the Representative that she may be mistaken me for my sister. [redacted] blandly told me that I was lying and that I do not have a twin I was hiding a vehicle. I asked to speak to my rep and she sated that I need to call back. I call back and they tell me that I can get a payment amount until I verify my identity. Because I have a sister with a similar name and black families don't do that! How rude!!!!!! Stay far away from this shady business!!!!
