The client is correct and should not have been requested to pay any additional charge.  We are making the corrections and insuring that he has both our company and the manufacturer's warranty for the product.

My water heater failed completely. I called Gold Seal about 0700, The service was fast and efficient and by 1100 I had hot water again Very good service and the price seemed fair.

I was so very happy with the service ~ Dave was pleasantly pleasing! I felt a wee bit sorry for him because ~ he had to wait for someone to show up and help him with the installation. He kept his cool better than I would have! His helper showed up, I think his name was Jason and they completed the job

Was very happy with their prompt service and how great Marc k was to have at our job. He took care of questions with the inspectors for our final inspection. They will definitely be the company we will call again for any future services. Thank you Marc for the great service!

Gold Seal Plumbing [on 5-22-2013] fixed a bath tube drain pipe leak within 2.5-hours of my call to request a service bid. "[redacted]." was the courteous, knowledgeable professional whose high-quality work is/was well-appreciated.

Today, [redacted] from Gold Seal Plumbing cam to my home to fix

a slow-running laundry basin faucet. This was replaced with some

additional repair done.

He was very polite, provided clear explanations of the problem &

reviewed the cost factors.

When he left, he left the area & surrounding areas nest & tidy!

Robert H. of Gold Seal Plumbing did an outstanding job. He was very informative and friendly. If I need more plumbing work done, I'm calling for him.

Ryan was very professional and familiar with the information he provided when he came in to do the assessment of the problem I had with the plumbing system in my home. He did an excellent job on the repairs too. I am truly grateful to him for going the extra mile and doing a full plumbing inspection of my home at which time he also discovered another problem I need to address soon.

Review: The weather was below zero and my 77 year old mother's pipes froze. She called Gold Seal by a recommendation from an acquaintance. She called in the morning of Feb 5th. The Plumber [redacted] eventually showed up early evening. There is no time stated on the invoice [redacted] for arrival nor is there a times stated for departure. The invoice does state the work is not guaranteed, I have no problems with that, if in fact someone would have actually did something to help my mother in her position. She paid for the service call of $100.00 and was given a Senior discount of $25.00. The issue is the pipes were of course frozen, she has heat tape and it was not even addressed by [redacted]. What he stated on the invoice is he used a heat gun for 1/2 hour, this of course would not even begin to "thaw" the pipes in a sub zero temperature. He left my mothers home by putting her heater, [redacted] under the mobile. The fuse kept blowing and this certainly could have been a fire hazard for my mother. The pipes of course did not open. I visited my mother the next morning, Feb 6th, early of course for my concern on her behalf of still no water. No way to flush her toilet etc. I brought her water over. Then I called my son and he went to check on things. He found the heat tape in a bundle under the mobile, the area in which the pipes come in to the home, possible source of freeze, the insulation had not been moved nor was there any evidence that [redacted]'s work was even complete. It was not an hour later when my son had the heat tape plugged in, the heater back in her home and the pipes were beginning to thaw. It is very unfortunate that a company such as your size in Spokane failed on assisting an older senior with a very needed service.Desired Settlement: Please take in to consideration when working with seniors. Why allow a discount on failed work. So sad. thank you

We did not do our job properly and the client had every right to be upset. We have sent the client an apology and a full refund.

[redacted] arrived as promised and was very professional and efficient. He was also very patient about explaining to my son what he was doing.

Ryan S[redacted] came on time and replaced a bad kitchen faucet in under an hour. He cleaned up his work area and put everything back under the sink where it belonged.
Fast and tidy, and knew his business..

I had my sump pump
cleaned out yesterday by Rob M[redacted]. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. He worked efficiently and knew exactly what to do, and at the same time was very personable. I was extremely happy with his work. The appointment setter was also very pleasant. I feel very confident that this company can be relied on to take care of the problem.

I had a broken pipe from the outside faucet. They were very timely in response to this non emergency situation. Although not cheap, they did a great job and explained what happened and probably why.

Scott was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem quickly.
Couldn't have been better!

[redacted] was a positive, informational pro. He explained the options available and did what was requested fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after.
