My Service Pro was Jeremiah G[redacted]. He was very helpful in finding a water
heater that would fit in a limited space in my home. He did the installation
quickly, and cleanly. I'm very satisfied and will be using the company again
in the future.

[redacted]did a great job replacing a toilet in our master bath. On a scale of 1-10, he gets a 12. Very personalable and professional, and knowledgeable. We are a long-time customer of Gold Seal and [redacted] continues to uphold the brand.

We've used Gold Seal Plumbing for all our water service repairs and replacements - excellent service every time. This is the first call Craig made here, and he was very professional, careful of our home, thorough in his cleanup and review. If another repair came up, I'll ask for Craig to return.

We recently had a problem with the sump pump in our basement - when we called Gold Seal Plumbing, they had a plumber out to our house in an hour. The plumber was Rob M[redacted]. What a knowledgeable individual as well as a very pleasant person to deal with. He had our problem fixed in just a few hours and the only thing that was unpleasant was paying the bill! We have used Gold Seal Plumbing for years. The recent wind storm caused us to think about the stablility of our plumbing related infrastructure. Gold Seal send Troy W to address our concerns. From the minute he arrived until he left, he was attentive to his task and answer all questions.

We are having new flooring put in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Gold Seal sent Dave H. to our house. He was prompt, courteous, competent, professional. He pulled two toilets, disconnected the dishwasher, and the water to the fridge. Another man was called to reinstall the 2 toilets (I called for early replacement, and Dave wasn't available) and did a good job on those. Dave finished up with the dishwasher and caulked one of the toilets this morning as promised. All is working well now. Gold Seal isn't the cheapest, but they are the best!

Fast service, polite customer service contact combined with a genuinely caring individuals [Joe M. and trainee Brandon], confident in their workmanship and dedicated to excellence as product. (This is my first experience with this company and I mainly picked due to Angie's List recognition.)

They responded fast, wrote up the work order, went to work and in less than an hour, problem rectified.

Bottom line: Excellent workmanship but mainly WARM HEARTED AND CARING.

Had Gold Seal Plumbing service. Jeremiah G[redacted] was our service representative. He arrive on time. Wore protective boot to protect our floor. He performed the necessary repairs quickly (also brought some product with him at our request). He was pleasant, quick and cheerful. Tech repaired problem. He was through, friendly, did an excellent job. The price for this repair was pulled out of a fixed service fee book and I did think it was a little expensive for what it was. I did use a coupon I printed on line from their web site which helped reduce the repair price a bit, but still had sticker shock. I was glad to have it fixed and the good service I received from tech.

We had a problem with an old garbage disposal and a backed up kitchen sink. Doug S. cleared the backup and installed a new disposal. He gave us helpful hints in keeping all plumbing in the house in good working order. We have used Gold Seal in the past and will continue to do so because of their fast response to a problem. They are always efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Requested a flush of the reheat agent [already have the add-on hardware installed] requiring a simple pump and two hoses to flush out the unit. My pump was out of commission. A kit from Home Depot with pump costs $110.
40 minutes flush time and the charge was over $300. Same process plus the actual labor to install the add-on flush hardware that bypasses the mainline ran $195 four years prior. In short, he hooked up a hose to a control loop spicket, and turned it on. Turned it off and we get a bill for $300. I would have told them to [redacted] up a rope if that was the actual rate. Received no estimate nor rate for the service.
Other portion was to install a $297 Whirlpool Central Purifier. It takes cold intake from the city, purifies and routes to the house cold line. Asked for a simple shut off valve along the path. Took just over an hour to install.
Charged $1250 for labor.
An absolute crime. Roughly $15 in material and about 45 minutes of labor. Test and done. I would have done it myself if I knew he was going to charge that price. No charge per hour, but some BS block price on the install. [redacted].
Nowhere on Gold Seal Plumbing do they now list pricing of services. They don't charge these rates in New York. Who the hell would use them if they charged such an asinine flat rate?
With hundreds of contacts throughout Spokane who all use social media I'll make it known to bypass them for any business in the future. An absolute abortion of a rate hike from just five years prior.

[redacted] solved our problems. He assessed the situation, explained the options and then went to work. When he hit a snag, he explained the alternatives and finished the job. [redacted]communicated effectively, worked professionally, and cleaned up after the job. We are sold on Gold Seal Plumbing and on [redacted].

[redacted]did a great job finding where our basement water was coming from, a problem that had been a mystery for months. He guessed which pipe it was coming from, cut a hole in the drywall and found the cracked pipe right above the foundation that had been causing us so much trouble. He was quick and our water problems are gone. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Gold Seal Plumbing. First of all they were willing to come to an out of town location many businesses don't. Robert arrived on time, liked he wore a name tag. He was friendly, professional and made sure my sink was in working order before he left with no leaks. I thought I just had a pipe that was broken but also had a blockage in the drain. Robert was in no hurry made sure everything was working. Some companies would have had their employee come back another day. He explained all the charges ahead of time. He protected my floors and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much for a job well done.
