Gold Seal Plumbing is always very professional and helpful, from when you call in for the scheduling down to the guys that come in to do the work. On this trip I had contact with [redacted], and [redacted].I very much appreciate that they completely cleanup the area and equipment they service before they leave.

Rob M[redacted] provided us with timely and unbiased counsel. His courtesy and workmanship was first class...tried to tip him but then learned that Company policy prevents his acceptance! You sure can be proud to have folks like him associated with Gold Seal!

Marc K. was our Service Pro, and he did a fantastic job. He was thorough and speedy (please don't use that as his new nickname). Plus he's a heck of a nice guy.

We were in a serious bind without water at our facility and they performed the complicated repair in an efficient and timely manner and had us up and running in no time. Very professional and courteous with a side of sense of humor. I will definitely have them back again if another repair is needed and would recommend them to someone who is in need of their services.

I really appreciated the prompt and courteous service I received from Gold Seal Plumbing. We were having problems with our water heater and our service tech.,Joe, was knowledgeable and explained the reasons for and advantages of replacing the unit rather than trying to repair it. Scott B. of Gold Seal Plumbing did an outstanding job in the replacement of our leaking water heater. He then replaced hot and cold water valves in our bathroom and washing machine. Then he replaced our garbage disposal. Would recommend Scott to anyone needing his services.

We had a problem with a newly installed water heater, so the manufacturer sent Doug from Gold Seal Plumbing out to diagnose the problem. It turns out the original installer had switched the hot and cold water hook-ups. The minute Doug looked at the water heater, he knew what they had done. He also gave us some helpful tips about how else the original plumbers had screwed up the installation. He was very professional, and I wish I had hired him from the beginning!

I had the opportunity to have Gold Seal Plumbing come to my house for a service call. I have to say from the phone call to set up the appointment time to saying 'good-bye' to my plumber, the experience was painless and professional. Glynnis was very helpful with setting up the appointment and Troy (my plumber) was prompt, professional and efficient.

I have no doubt I will call them if I need them again.

The houses in our neighborhood are over 100 years old, so our street is no stranger to Gold Seal trucks. I called and spoke with Glynnis about a leak in our basement and she got things rolling right away, sending Richard M, who has been to our house before (he was the one who remembered working in our cramped and creepy utility room, not me), and -as always- I was pleased with his professionalism, expertise regarding our problem, and friendliness. He told me about the leak, how it happened, and listed some options for fixing it. I never call anyone else, and have been treated very well by every plumber who has drawn the short straw and come to our house. Nicely done!

Marc was professional and friendly. He answered my many plumbing questions, fixed our leak and even checked all the other sinks. The price was set from the book up front with no surprises later.
