I love Arm the Animals! Everything I have purchased from them is high quality, fashionable and an excellent valueThey have some of the most unique graphic designs, great for starting a conversation about protect animal rightsAll of the designs are printed on super soft, light weight high quality cotton too, so great for everyday wear in FLI also love the customer service team, always soo helpful with any questions I have about the products, they have even helped me customize shirts I didn't know could be customizedI've been a customer for over years, and my loyalty to them is strongKeep on doing what your doing ATA! ð? ¨ð? ¼ð? ¢ð? ?

I placed an order for two cloth bags and a tank top on July 28th My credit card was immediately charged for the full amount I received the two bags on August 12th On August 17th, I emailed the company through their "zendesk" to find out the status of the tank top No response I contacted them again three days ago, still no response I have messaged them on Facebook as well They clearly have no interest in doing anything but stealing money from people with big hearts who choose to pay a little more for merchandise in an effort to help animals Now, more than a month later, they have my money and I don't have the shirt I paid for DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ORGANIZATION!!!!

I've been ordering from Arm The Animals for a couple years now and have only had positive experiencesI always receive my order within days and I always love the clothesI recently went to order a shirt and saw that the design was no longer on the websiteI followed the instructions on how to contact costumer service (instructions are clearly written on their website) and asked if there was any way to still get that designWithin the hour I received a responseThe woman who helped me went out of her way to make sure my order was fulfilledI was able to order the design and she instructed me on how to get that done by writing in a message box on the order formShe ensured me that my order would be fulfilled and that if I encountered any issues to email herI received my order sooner than I expected and it was perfectI even received a follow up email to make sure my order was what I wantedI'm really impressed and will always be a customerI think any negative reviews are coming from people who dont contact them in the ways instructed on their siteThey are a small business with a lot of really cool things so it makes sense that they get a lot of traffic, and in order to respond to everyone they need people to communicate with them via the appropriate avenuesRead their website and understand they are print-to-orderTheir designs are high quality and so is the clothingIt's worth the day waitI've never been any less than thrilled with the quality of products and the customer service

Extremely poor business practiceI placed an order, and for weeks attempted to contact this company regarding my order and all of my requests went unansweredThis company would post on their social media accounts on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day but couldn't be bothered to respond to their customersIf I pay you for a good, I expect to receive good customer service and contact if there is going to be a delayOnly after filing a dispute with PayPal did I receive a response from the company on their Facebook, extremely impersonal stating "we are behind in shipping, your order will be shipped this week." Not only that, but the company has deleted comments from myself and other customer service off of their page which were requesting resolution to issuesI will never buy from this company again, there is so much more that I could say here but will leave it at that

I love Arm the Animals, and what they stand for! Their customer service is on 100% point I have ordered many items from them, and absolutely love the quality and texture of their shirts I recently ordered a shirt that accidentally shipped without the print on the front I emailed them, they reached out to me immediately and not only sent me a new shirt, but I was able to keep the non printed one, and was sent a generous discount for my next order I will continue to support ATA
