First order I made was in December I believe took almost a month to get two simple shirtsI tried to contact customer service and they do not answer at allWhen I got the shirts one of them was made of a super cheap quality of cotton and the shape was weirdThe other one has lost its hem after one wash and hang dryThese were to be Christmas giftsI felt bad when my friend did not like itThey said it was itchy and was very weird shapedSo I ordered a new one that claimed to be super soft ( Next Level T brand) and instead they sent me the itchy and weird shaped t shirt againThey take very long like and half months to respond to their customer service complaintsI had to file a paypal claim in order for them to send my first order which took them almost a month to sendATA seems to be a big scam and if you want a real way to donate animals go to your local humane society or find a reliable foundationATA seems to be a jokeNot worth my time or money and not sure if they even donate to animals
