I wanted to like them, but weeks and multiple emails later by received no communication from them at all about my orderI had to open a dispute with PayPal to get any attentionFinally received my order weeks after payment Merchandise was great, but I won't be ordering from them again
I love this company's apparel and love for animalsI read the negative reviews on this site and I totally don't get itThey state they are a small company and it does take time for them to ship ordersI have always been able to reach them if I have questions on my orders or productsI even requested they make shirts for Valentine's day and they re-released a valentines t-shirtLove their products!

I'm usually not one to write reviews but Arm the Animals got such a bad rap here that I wanted to come and say that I had a very positive experienceI ordered on 2/and received my order on 3/15, which is a business day turnaround, not bad for a small business! I received order updates throughout the process and they gave me tracking updatesThey state right when you are ordering that they print to order, and it usually takes 8-BUSINESS days to shipMy order was shipped right on the 10th business day and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the products and the values of the brandIt's great that such stylish clothes support such a great cause!
