reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did final speak with a sales manager that was able to smooth over the issue. This was after a long and unnecessary process with dealing with the customer service and billing group. As long as the item arrives in time as promised this issue should be resolved. It is just frustrating that it took this long to fix an easy issue.

any comparable deals on any of your other radar detectors? I was very much wanting to buy this combo deal for the price that I paid as it fit well into my current budget. My first preference would be for the advertised deal that was ordered and paid for, but I am willing to hear what other options you can offer.

Hello, We are so sorry for this  inconvenience. this order is currently on route to you now.

The refund was put through on 3/23/16.  please check again to make sure no refund was done.

We mailed a check for the balance which was mailed….$69.99 And cleared

Damages must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt...we werent informed until 60 days. Therefore, we cannot file a claim and cannot accept this back for return

We are willing to work with you. we can refund you for the product which was already done just today. The reason this takes long is we need to investigate, we are sorry that it takes this long.

1. I never received any response from the business. If they assigned a return RMA #, please let me know when did they assign and how they sent it to me.2. I requested an exchange, not return.

I am rejecting this response because: I was given a phone number of a worker named [redacted] they offered to repair the tv for me I got 3 estimates and they were all over the price of the tv. For the past 2 weeks I have been calling him and leaving messages with no response. I sent a pervious rejection but the next day they offered to give me a new tv with has never happened they have given me a run around and it is them that has made this a 6 month process not me

If you just don't like it - we will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping. You'll also need to pack the TV in its original box with all original packing material, and accessories. We'll arrange for a special shipping carrier to pick up the TV (over 41 inches) from your home. If your TV was damaged in shipping - It is important that you inspect the TV (not only the box it came in) prior to signing for it. If the TV is damaged (not the carton), please refuse the delivery and contact us at ###-###-####. All damage related claims must be reported within two business days after delivery. A replacement will be sent immediately after we are notified about the damage. If your TV does not seem to function properly - we'll help troubleshoot the problem. If we can't resolve it, we can arrange for a local service center to assess the television. If the technician is unable to resolve the issue, we'll arrange to have the TV replaced. In order to file a damaged TV claim the TV cannot be moved from its original delivery address.
