I have recently had a good amount of work done on our home with regards to electrical work. Some of it was updating and others were new ideas. Either way I was 100% pleased with the outcomes. The technician was prompt, efficient, professional and informative. I have had new lights added to the center of the ceiling in several rooms where there was no light to begin with, outdoor lighting for security, a lighthouse made from the cupola, enhanced lighting to the driveway into the property, lighting added to a shed where there was none prior to having this company come out and look at the many particulars I was interested in having addressed. In addition, they will be returning in the spring (or earlier) to place lighting on the corners of our property where we are creating seating areas with lighting, seating, and greenery. D[redacted] was our technician and we were so very pleased with his professionalism and the outcomes. Truly this company is one you can have trust and faith in getting your money's worth and excellent outcomes!!!

I've hired Good's Electric on four separate occasions for electrical needs at my residence. They were always on time, professional, did quality work, and never charged me more than what was quoted in their estimate. Some of their estimates were higher than other local electricians, but, I feel, you get what you pay for. They took the time to discuss and explain things; and wore slip-on booties over their work boots inside the house.

Good's Electric installed a electrical service entrance cable & meter socket, along with a whole house standby generator. The technicians ([redacted]) did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and neat. Would use Good's Electric again and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had an old electric panel replaced by Good's Electric. From the beginning process of giving me a quote to the completion of the job, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. The owner, [redacted] sat down with me and presented me with options of what needed to be done and the exact cost. (no hidden surprises) The technician, [redacted], was pleasant, curteous and very efficient with both the service and the clean up. Most of all the electrical issues I was having before the panel was installed, seem to be resolved. If in time these issues should happen to come back, I feel extremely confident that Good Electric will come back and get to the bottom of the problem.

3 guys showed up to install a back-up generator. all 3 were at my house at the time I was told, all 3 knew exactly what they needed to do and moved right on it. had 1 problem with the plan, they looked it over, ran it by me and they proceeded as if was it nothing, where it was and alot more work for them. the whole time they were there they were friendly, happy, as if they loved every minute of the job they were doing. all 3 were a pleasure to know and have doing work at my house. I have never had this from anyone I have had do work for me.

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Good’s Electric. It was quite obvious how much they value us as customers and our satisfaction with their work. Jesse was so good at understanding our needs and explaining the options. We have made a new friend and appreciate his help in making our home a more comfortable and safer place to live.

I do have one suggestion that might make it easier for some customers. Each task in the project estimates by Good’s Electric had a description that was rather abbreviated. Some project estimates I received from other businesses described their tasks in more of a narrative form. Some things don’t need explained. But sometimes it is beneficial to both parties if, in addition to listing the end result, the manner of execution is spelled out as well. The description becomes a blueprint for the electrician to follow and documentation for the customer to refer back to.

Very professional, friendly and honest about the work he was doing as well as making sure our house was safe. We appreciate the work D[redacted] did on our house.
