I recently had an old electric panel replaced by Good's Electric. From the beginning process of giving me a quote to the completion of the job, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. The owner, [redacted] sat down with me and presented me with options of what needed to be done and the exact cost. (no hidden surprises) The technician, [redacted], was pleasant, curteous and very efficient with both the service and the clean up. Most of all the electrical issues I was having before the panel was installed, seem to be resolved. If in time these issues should happen to come back, I feel extremely confident that Good Electric will come back and get to the bottom of the problem.

3 guys showed up to install a back-up generator. all 3 were at my house at the time I was told, all 3 knew exactly what they needed to do and moved right on it. had 1 problem with the plan, they looked it over, ran it by me and they proceeded as if was it nothing, where it was and alot more work for them. the whole time they were there they were friendly, happy, as if they loved every minute of the job they were doing. all 3 were a pleasure to know and have doing work at my house. I have never had this from anyone I have had do work for me.

Some of their estimates were higher than other local electricians, but, I feel, you get what you pay for. They took the time to discuss and explain things; and wore slip-on booties over their work boots inside the house.

The three references that I called were very, very positive and provided detailed feedback. The Service Specialist was one of the reasons we decided to go with Good's Electric. We had them give us an estimate for a whole house generator system. The quote was in our price range so we scheduled installation. What a great company! Good's Electric installed a electrical service entrance cable & meter socket, along with a whole house standby generator. The technicians ([redacted]) did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and neat. Would use Good's Electric again and would recommend them to anyone.

This was our first experience with Good's Electric. We will definitely use them in the future for any electrical issues that my occur. Dannie E. was very professional, courteous and paid close attention to detail. He addressed all of our current problems and issues in a timely manner and we know that we are safer now because of his expertise. Every area he worked in (and there were several) was left exactly as it was when he entered our home. Good job Dannie!

D[redacted] came to our home and suggested some ares where we could use some help. He wrote out a quote for each and every service and gave us the options. He said there would be no surprises and there weren't. D[redacted] is so friendly and exceptionally competent and just a really nice young man. I felt very comfortable having him around. The work was done quickly and well and I will definitely recommended D[redacted] and Good's electric to my friends. Thank you for the great work!

Over the course of two days, a technician from Good's installed two ceiling fans (one a replacement for an existing fixture, the other a new fixture), replaced two dimmer switches, and installed a motion light. Approx. $950.
