I recently had an old electric panel replaced by Good's Electric. From the beginning process of giving me a quote to the completion of the job, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. The owner, [redacted] sat down with me and presented me with options of what needed to be done and the exact cost. (no hidden surprises) The technician, [redacted], was pleasant, curteous and very efficient with both the service and the clean up. Most of all the electrical issues I was having before the panel was installed, seem to be resolved. If in time these issues should happen to come back, I feel extremely confident that Good Electric will come back and get to the bottom of the problem.

M[redacted] tracked down the problem(s), worked my side of the problems, helped get the city out to work the their side of the problems, and stayed to make sure power had been fully and correctly restored even thought it was getting e little late. I won't hesitate to call Good's Electric when I have any more electrical needs.

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Good’s Electric. It was quite obvious how much they value us as customers and our satisfaction with their work. Jesse was so good at understanding our needs and explaining the options. We have made a new friend and appreciate his help in making our home a more comfortable and safer place to live.

I do have one suggestion that might make it easier for some customers. Each task in the project estimates by Good’s Electric had a description that was rather abbreviated. Some project estimates I received from other businesses described their tasks in more of a narrative form. Some things don’t need explained. But sometimes it is beneficial to both parties if, in addition to listing the end result, the manner of execution is spelled out as well. The description becomes a blueprint for the electrician to follow and documentation for the customer to refer back to.

This was our first experience with Good's Electric. We will definitely use them in the future for any electrical issues that my occur. Dannie E. was very professional, courteous and paid close attention to detail. He addressed all of our current problems and issues in a timely manner and we know that we are safer now because of his expertise. Over the course of two days, a technician from Good's installed two ceiling fans (one a replacement for an existing fixture, the other a new fixture), replaced two dimmer switches, and installed a motion light. Approx. $950.

Good's Electric installed a electrical service entrance cable & meter socket, along with a whole house standby generator. The technicians ([redacted]) did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and neat. Would use Good's Electric again and would recommend them to anyone.
