Installation day was a breeze. The tech showed me hoe to operate the system and answered my questions.

I only have praise for the work ethnic and professionalism displayed by Andrew. We had a 30+ year old Kinetic water softener that needed evaluation. Andrew not only tested the system but gave us many options to repair/replace it. Because the existing system had been so reliable we decided to upgrade and replace the existing system. Andrew made the appointment, showed up on time and completed the install in less time then originally estimated. Not only that, but, he completed the install in less space then the original system had taken up. Andrew not only explained the operation of the new system but demonstrated how to change the water filter. We do not regret choosing Gordon Water Systems.

Andrew replaced our 30-year-old 2-tank Kinetico water softening system today, including filter, salt bin, water pipes and connectors. He even rearranged the set up so it takes up less space than the old system. AND a very neat and tidy job! Love it. A very conscientious employee.
Andrew is from the Kalamazoo office, but I couldn't get this site to leave the review there - it just stayed on the Grand Rapids office???

This is the correct review, HOWEVER Andrew works out of the Kalamazoo office NOT the Grand Rapids office.
The Revdex.com site would not let me select the Kalamazoo Gordon Water business. Andrew gets quite a few good reviews, with good reason, and the GR office gets the credit. That's not fair. Please fix this. Thank you.
- It is odd that Kalamazoo was not selectable. Revdex.com will look into it. I can tell you our SSR Team does move around to support our customers. In fact Andrew is in the GR area today taking care of customers' service needs. We enjoy having him here when we can since he is such a great guy. Plus he knows you gave him such a nice review! Andrew from Gordon Water Systems - Kalamazoo serviced our Kinetico System and quickly solved our problem. He was knowledgeable in answering our questions, and gave us good advice. And we were serviced within a few days of our call. We are happy customers.

We had a senior service tech come in, evaluate our water softener, was honest and said they could seal a crack, and had it done in a few hours, and at an excellent price. The tech, Tony also was very professional and maintained all current Covid state regulations. He was respectful and let us know when he was on his way.

I almost hate to leave a review because it will soon become even MORE difficult to schedule Tony (Kilmek) because he will be in even MORE demand than he is now! I will not let anyone in my home but Tony - he is always there when he says he will be, he will stay until he solves whatever problem we have (and we have BAD water here), he always reminds us of routine maintenance - I just can't say enough. He is polite and professional, always puts his little footies on, talks to me and explains anything I ask about (and I ask lot of questions)! I am unfortunately getting used to people NOT doing their job and NOT caring whether they do or not - TONY IS A DEFINITE EXCEPTION! Thank you Tony!!!! Have no doubt - he is the reason I stay with Gordon Water!!!

Andrew L. was a skilled technician who went the extra mile by helping me to understand how to maintain my soft water system, including how to change filters, what products to purchase, and what to watch for to make sure my drinking water is safe. He was at my home for a "check up" on an old water system, but he made sure I understood how it worked before he left. He was very pleasant and kind. His help was greatly appreciated.
Andrew took care of my issue promptly as well as some other issues with my system I was not aware of and gave me information on how the system works so I can stay on top of maintenance.

Andrew Lechner went way out of his way to help me make sure that my water softener system was working properly considering I did not even have a appointment with the company. I know that he used part of his lunch hour to help me out. He is a very nice young man.
