So disappointed in this companyI found them online and seeing as they promote their affiliation with the military and government I was immediately drawn to them (I am a Veteran of the Air Force)BIG MISTAKE!!
My husband has ordered serval things and every single time there has been some issue whether it be shipping times or receiving the wrong product, etc
BUT, silly me, I still continued to browse and use my accountSo, fast forward to last month, I did all the research in the world online looking for a great smart watch to buy my husband as a Christmas present from our kidsSeriously, I spent days online and decided on the Garmin Fenix 5X Sapphire watch (Horrible choice), but I looked at so many different places for it and then thought, “Oh! Let me check GOVX” and wouldn’t you know, they had it for about $cheaper than the cheapest price I had foundSo I read the product description and studied the pictures of the watch and just knew that this was IT!!! I purchased the watch (this is no small dollar amount watch either) and received the package within a very timely mannerI was so excited because after all my husbands negative experiences he had with ordering from this company, I thought my luck was completely different and everything was perfect from price, shipping time, etcSo I wrapped the box (never opened it to check to make sure the product worked, another horrible choice) and my husband opens it and is immediately so excited and happy about his gift from our kidsWell long story short, the watch not only did not match the product description but also did not have the features listed on the item descriptionThen when he tried to connect it to his phone all he got was an error message and after days on trying over and over, (the watch would never connect) he came to me and asked if there was any way I could return it because he couldn’t use itI then had to tell him that I ordered it from GOVX even after all his negative experiences with themSo I immediately contacted GOVX via email and stated the issues(No reply) secondly, I went to the live chat feature and spoke to an agent who asked for pictures of the product and other “proof” that it was defective, which I sentI was told that I would be contacted in 1-business days....NOTHINGSo today, I went to their live chat again and was told that oh yes Garmin had reviewed my complaint and would issue me a new watch or a refund, I chose the refund, I just want to sever ties with this fiasco of a companyBut if I wouldn’t have contacted them AGAIN, would I have ever heard a response or that Garmin had responded to the complaint? I mean when you say you will get back to a customer within 1-days, I believe you should stand by that or remove it from the reply you give unhappy customersI was told today they have processed the return and it should be in my account in 1-business daysWe will see, I will definitely update this if need be and report if that statement is a lie as well and I do not receive the money back within that timeframe
Just be warned, not all that glitters is gold and that is definitely true with GOVXDon’t be sucked in by the “military and government support” gimmicks they useThat’s what I got fooled by and I regret it

I wanted to offer assurance to anyone looking into purchasing *anything* with GovX is going to walk away with a very positive experience
I am not military I am an employee of the Federal Government I was surprised, and pleased, that they accepted Postal Workers in their Federal discount program
I was a little apprehensive, after reading several negative reviews on the Revdex.com community about dealing with this company However, my experiences with GovX have been nothing but positive -- and I ended up saving quite a bit of money on my purchase of Sonos speakers
The speakers I wanted were $less than retail Ordering two speakers, I ended up saving $total In addition, there was a 15% discount for my first order and that ended up saving me quite a bit more since my order was about $1k
My savings was incredible over what it would have cost me to buy from Sonos directly
My order was processed immediately and I had my speakers within a week
Best of all, shipping was under $and there is a means of returning the product to GovX in case there are issues with the product
I will positively be using GovX again for future purchases I can only speak for the Speakers I purchased -- they were moderately cheaper to purchase through this vendor than directly

My husband joins this website and it states you can receive $for referring a friend The friend will receive $and in return, after your friend's first purchase, the person who refers you will receive $ I created my account, a $off first purchase was sent to me Today, May 10, I go to make my first purchase, I do not see the credit I contact them and their claim is 'spouses' don't receive the $credit No where does it state NO SPOUSES 'No exclusions' are clearly displayed I asked for the exclusions and to see the documentation, they didn't provide that to me and decided to give me the $credit I make my first purchase, but forget about the $ My fault After I see it, I try to go in and make another purchase trying to see if I can use the $ I am unable to, I contact customer service again, they say being that my first purchase was already made, I can't use it Fine I asked if they can apply that to an order I literally made 1hr earlier Their claim is after you make a purchase, they are unable to do ANYTHING to that order One, everyone knows that orders can be edit We are in a technology world I have never purchased anything online that can not be edited or canceled I decided, fine, I will cancel my order and repurchase They told me, if I cancel my order, I will lose the credit and the discount initially given to me So my question is, why lie about your offers to which you have no documentation backing up your claims If spouses are excluded, you might as well exclude family members and extended family members and so forth If you are unable to disclose your 'exclusions,' you're nothing but a fraud company Lying and luring people will not keep you open for long Yes, it's my fault for forgetting to not use the $20, but not a very customer friendly company to punish someone for not remembering something you gave in the first place Please everyone, be wary of this company They only want your hard earned money in their pockets They don't care about you or your situation They can't provide documentation to their claims If you want to support a company that doesn't give a damn about their customers, go for it I'd rather take my business elsewhere to someone who appreciates my business and realizes I am helping them by buying their products and realizing mistakes happen, but I'm not going to punish you Also, apparently it takes 1-business days to cancel orders that take seconds to place I'm waiting for my order to be canceled and will make sure I or anyone I know will never be associated with this company I plan to spread the word as well

I have referred numerous people to GovX and received a credit for each referral but whenI logged in to make a purchase several of my credits were missing I was told that my credits had expiredWhenI asked how many credits I have had expire I was not responded to

This seems outrageous to me I brought the company more business and they wezzle out of my credit because I didn't use it soon enough? *** I'll be darned if I continue referring people that's for sure

Have ordered from Govx in the past and will continue to do so Ordered two pairs of boots from the website Never received confirmation of shipping so I contacted them The vendor in question has business days to ship Called on day and the customer service representative was very nice and told me she would escalate my order
Received an email from President and CEO confirming my order and telling me the vendor was going through a system integration change and would be delayed I expressed my disappointment and frustration
Mr*** then handled my situation and my boots are on the way Also my order was refunded This is the way business should be run Many times companies are at the mercy of their suppliers

I ordered a product through GovX.com and received the incorrect colorI immediately called GovX directly and made them aware of the issue, as well as provided them with an emailed picture of the product being received in the wrong colorI was told it would take 1-business days to receive notification as to how the issue would would be resolvedIt has now been a week, I called GovX again today and was told it would be 1- business days before I hear back and there is nothing that can be done yet

I ordered a watch at the beginning of the monthWhen contacting customer serviceThe only response I get is “We’ll contact in 1-business days.” I’ve gotten that response four timesI’d recommend that people be wary from ordering products from them

I ordered a flashlight on the 24th of NovemberI waited until the 4th of December to ask why it had not shippedGovx wrote back that they would look into it and get back to me in business daysbusiness days later no response
I called Govx on the 7th of December and was told the flashlight had shipped on the 27th of NovemberNo tracking code, no update and their customer service had no idea on the 4th of December that the flashlight had shippedGovx is amateurish in their communication and customer service consists of a canned form letter to your responsesDon't even consider returning unless you want to eat the postage!!!

I recently logged into GovX because I had an old credit, and thought I should use itI was purchasing a pair of boots for a friend as a giftI made the order early on Friday before businesses were even opendays later "today" I called GovX because I had not received an email that the product had shippedThe representative whom I spoke to told me: You cannot cancel your order once it has been submittedI know that online it says most orders ship within to hours, and this can appear misleading because our vendors actually have days to process your orderI was dumbfoundeddays! He than went on to tell me that Oakley has weeks to ship your order, and that some other vendors have as long as weeksI asked him to call the vendor who in this case was Wolverine, for the Caterpillar boots I orderedHe tells me that he has been instructed that he is not allowed to call the vendor until after that day window has expiredSo I told him, if it hits Friday and I don't have my order, I will be cancelling it because you will not have filled it in the promised time frameHe asked me to please hold, he needed to ask his supervisor this questionHe comes back on the line and tells me, that he will work on my behalfAnd he will call the company to see if they have already processed the orderYou see initially he told me it had only been days, and I pointed out it had been Friday, Monday and TodayThe simple point is GovX instead of doing the simple thing and checking up on a customer concern, made it seem like a colossal impositionIn the end, the Rep told me that even though he was checking today, it might take to hours for that "check" to get back to me tooVia EmailThis is how you run a business poorlyCredit's won't make me returnInstead I will just buy directly from the Vendor, because they generally value their customersWhere as, GovX wasted minutes of my time, to do what I wanted done, in the first placeCheck on the status of my orderThe rep also informed me that perhaps the vendor had already shipped my item and just had not transmitted the shipping informationThis seems, highly unlikely to meIn the past I have purchased a knife for my brother, a pound titan weight shirt system, those are the purchases that I recallThe knife went out smoothly, I had an issue with the weight shirt, and someone worked with meI guess what I am noticing is, more often than not like some other users pointed out, once GovX has your money, I feel like I was pulling teeth in order to have simple things taken care ofThus I don't feel like a valued customer, but like a scolded childIn the end the Rep acted like he was doing me a favor to look into my order, which is "his job" Not mine

I am very ashamed that this company does not consider Armed Security Officers as first responders we play a part in keeping our community safe tooWhen I spoke to them on the phone they were extremely rude about it telling me that on their website it specifically states that Armed Security Officers do not get to participate in getting discounts from GovXShame on you

There is a FLAT RATE shipping charge of $ I purchased one(1) pair of PrAna Halle pants on August 24, for $ I called GovX customer service on August 28, to get the status of the order I was told that it may take from 2-business days to drop-ship from PrAna and that cancelling the order is not possible until after I receive the order "Caveat Emptor-let the buyer beware", I am finding zero(0) benefit from purchasing anything via the GovX website If you look/shop around the PRICE of items are cheaper elsewhere with or without government credentials Sad, sad, sad!

My order did not ship in the time allowedI ordered May and was told that if it hadn't been shipped by 11June I should contact them I contacted CS twice regarding this and they couldn't figure out why the vendor hadn't shippedI would guess because they never told them I purchased something???? I want to tell everyone not to shop at GovXI ordered a case of MRE's (Meals Ready To Eat) and the quality of food was very lowI did not open even one of the clear plastic bags of food and then requested to return the productGOVX said no, they would not accept the returnTactical would have taken the food back, I askedThe really funny thing, GOVX has the motto, "We have your back" when instead they have my money and certainly not my loyaltyI will not deal with them again

These guys are impostors I placed a $4K order with these amateursInstead of solving a simple warranty issue on one of the items, the CS woman asked me to take a picture of a half opened knife Yes you read that correctly, she wanted me to take a picture of a switch blade that wouldn't spring to the fully open position BTW that knife was only $of the $4K order Next they tout this BS about not being able to cancel an order because Bench Made is making my specific knife for me by hand My patience wore thin real fast and I submitted a Pay Pal dispute to cancel the rest of my order My recommendation to anyone is to steer clear of GovX and their phony claim of preferential bargains for military and other government employees A reputable business will not hold on to your money and will give a day money back guarantee with no questions or issues My next move will be to hire a lawyer and stick him up their butt for deceptive business practices ***For Govx: don't bother publicly responding to this post with more deceptive nonsense about how you're sorry about my my shopping experience, blah, blah, blah.*** I have the various emails I sent you requesting that you address my warranty issue and which you ignored! I placed an order from GovX on November 13th I received the wrong item that I ordered Had to wait a few days to get authorization to return the productI had to take a picture and prove to them why it was wrongOnce I got authorization I returned the item and was told that my correct order will be shipped I waited a few weeks (because of the holidays my agent was gone and no one else could help me) and had to contact GovX to see what was going againThey then told me that my order was not going to be shipped to me for some reason that they couldn't explain Meanwhile the money was taken out of my account from day one On top of all this they said I wouldn't be refunded for about three days Now it's Dec 19, more than a month laterI should have saved my dollars and bought this product locally! lesson learned.....They told me it was their venders faultcareful who you do business withGovX put $in my account for my troublesthx
