Revdex.com 12/27/Complaint ID # [redacted] Graceland is in receipt of the complaint regarding [redacted] buildingThe customer states that there are multiple issues with the buildings doors not opening correctly, the building not being level, and the garage door being the incorrect size Graceland sent out repairmen to install the correct garage door (changing a 6” door to a 9” door) which has been completedThe remaining repairs that the customer alleges will be near impossibleThis is due to the fact that the customer has poured concrete around his building which has made it impossible for our repairmen to look under it for any possible leveling issuesGraceland made the initial repair due to the fact that we thought the customer had paid for the buildingSince the customer has stopped payment on the check for $and the charge is now NSF, Graceland will not be making any further repairs to the customer’s building until the NSF check has been paidIn regards to the issue of poor customer service, the customer has spoken to numerous employees at our corporate office regarding his issues with the buildingHowever, during the phone conversations the customer has berated and cursed our employees which lead to Graceland ending the phone conversationShould the customer wish to have any additional repairs made the NSF check must be paidIf the customer does not pay the NSF check Graceland will take the necessary actions to retrieve our building including possible legal action

To whom it may concern, This is in regards to Revdex.com complaint ID# [redacted] Graceland was contacted by Ms [redacted] (herein customer) in regards to what appeared to be a small section of damaged siding on the buildingGraceland then offered to send out a repairman to fix the problemThe customer declined the repair serviceThe customer also mentioned wanting their items inside the building to acquire a certain "smell" from being inside the storage buildingOur buildings have a patented soffit vent system that allows for better ventilation and cooling that helps to prevent the smell of stagnant air inside the building.The customer took delivery of the building on 1/28/The building is longer eligible for a return since this was a cash sale and the customer has enjoyed the use of the building for months timeFor our cash sales the customer has days from the date the sales order is signed to cancel the deliveryGraceland believes that we have attempted to the best of our ability to appease the customer and solve the problem they are havingWe are still willing to send our service repair technician to make the repairs to the damaged siding on the building should the customer desire itGraceland Portable Buildings LLC

Revdex.com [redacted] On 5/10/the customer went to our sales lot in Huntsville TX and selected a building to be delivered to them at a later dateOur company is currently offering zero down with a $processing feeThe processing fee is non-refundableIt is marked as such on the attached paperwork the customer signedAfter attempting to reach the customer several times regarding delivery of the building we received a letter from the customerThe letter stated that they no longer wished to have the building and wanted to cancelAfter receiving the letter we cancelled the contract and delivery of the buildingDue to the customer being made aware of the $processing fee being nonrefundable and it being marked on the paperwork for the sale, we will not be refunding the $to the customer

Customers has been given several options, she has until the 17th to decide and pay all dueAfter that her building will be sold

Revdex.com: Graceland Properties, LLC (“Graceland”) writes in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] (Complaint # [redacted] ) Regrettably, Mr [redacted] ’s complaint contains several misrepresentations and omissions, which Graceland feels compelled to correctFirst, Mr [redacted] signed a lease-to-own contract for a portable building He now claims that his signature on this contract was “forged,” but he made payments on the building for several months Only when he could no longer make his payments did he argue that his signature had been “forged.” Once Mr [redacted] fell behind on this payments, Graceland made a good faith effort to reach an amicable solution with Mr [redacted] Graceland offered to let Mr [redacted] sign a new contract and continue making payments, or to allow Graceland to return the building Mr [redacted] ’s response was to claim that he was entitled to the building, free of charge At that point, we could not reach an agreement with Mr [redacted] Both the contract he signed and [redacted] law allow Graceland to repossess a portable building when a customer quits making payments While Graceland always tries to avoid repossession, sometimes it is unavoidable Here, Graceland told Mr [redacted] that the building would be repossessed, but he made no effort to prepare for the repossession If any of Mr [redacted] ’s property was damaged in the process, as he alleges, then such damage is a direct result of his failure to prepare for the repossession The entire situation is regrettable and Graceland sincerely wishes it had been resolved in a different manner, but Graceland’s actions were reasonable and consistent with its rights under the law Sincerely, Graceland Properties, LLC
