Because there is no solution. This was the email that I sent to them to try to resolve the matter which it appears that they are unwilling to do and this matter most likely will have to be resolved in the courts unfortunately. Email: To Whom It May Concern,I have attempted to contact Graceland through several people and several methods to attempt to work out a resolution prior to litigation but to no avail including to messages to a *** and a *** in Civil Litigation leaving messages just recently (5-25-and today). I am forwarding a letter sent that I both faxed and email and mailed but never received a call back but will try once more If the courts are going to be the remedy please provide me with an attorney number.No longer will I allow a re-possessor on my property to disturb the peace so this is another warning that any continued attempts to repossess or trespass on my property will be met will calls to the police and my attorney. My wife was recently startled and frighten by your recent attempts.Its unfortunate that your company has taken such negative actions when it was totally unnecessary

Graceland does not feel that further action is required. We
will not be moving, leveling, or resetting the building for the customer at our
expense. Should the customer desire any of the above, she can call in and
request the service. Then we will get a quote to her.
The building has been delivered now for 6 months. We have
already sent our drivers out to reposition and relevel the building at no
additional cost to the customer after the customer signed off that she
was satisfied with its original location. Again, we are sorry that the customer is not satisfied but there is nothing more that Graceland
can do for the customer at this time.

Revdex.com [redacted]   To whom it may concern:               After reviewing the [redacted] (herein customer) complaint. The customer did fill out paperwork for the order of a building on 11/2/16. The...

building had many added options, so this would be a custom build. A few weeks after placing the order, the customer then decided to add an additional option which added to the buildings production time. The added option was made on 11/18/16. Due to the high amount of added options and being the holiday season delivery times were increased.        Delivery took place on 12/28/16. At the time of delivery the customer initialed the paperwork (attached) indicating that the building was in good condition and that the location of the building was fine. On the delivery paperwork next to the customers initials it states “Ground Conditions may contribute to settling issues” Also noted in large letters above the signature line is “Settling that occurs after delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.” The customer signed for the building and completed our process of taking delivery. Then on 1/5/17 the customer called to our office stating that the building was not level that she would like for a driver to come back out and re-level the building. [redacted] received notice on 1/30/17 that the customer had disputed the charge for payoff on the building.              The driver [redacted] contracted with attempted to schedule a time in February with the customer to re-level / reposition the building, however the customer told the driver not to come onto the property until she could have someone else there with her at a later date. As we had had no word from the customer, the driver initiated follow up in an attempt to resolve this.  The driver was finally able to go out and re-level / move the building on 3/17/17. Upon arrival the customer was extremely confrontational and verbally abused the driver. The customer berated the driver for being “late” even though the driver had told the customer he would be there late in the afternoon, after his delivers were done for the day. The driver moved and leveled the building three separate times for the customer because each time, she remained unsatisfied. The driver had all necessary equipment with him on site. A mule device (building forklift) is the device that our drivers utilize when moving buildings. The driver would not have asked the customer for chains, for any reason.             [redacted] feels that it has done everything it could to please the customer. We have moved the building numerous times and re-leveled the building at no additional cost to the customer. This was all done while the customer had disputed the charge to the card used for payment.   Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,  We are in receipt of the complaint ID [redacted] dated 7/19/16. Noting that the date of the actual Revdex.com complaint was 6/24/16. The customer was requesting a full refund on a 12x24 Garage in the amount of $6183.24 with Graceland waiving the standard $100.00 cancellation...

fee. The customer also has requested that the 10x20 building be repaired.  Graceland as of 6/27/16 refunded the full amount of $6183.24 to the customer. We also have a repair task scheduled for the repairs to be made to the 10x20 buildings that the customer alleges that's damaged.  We believe that Graceland has done everything within its power to appease the customer of any issues they may have had and this matter should be closed.  Graceland Management Services [redacted]

                                                                                                                                            12/27/16 Complaint ID # [redacted]   Graceland is in receipt of the complaint regarding [redacted] building. The customer states that there are multiple issues with the buildings doors not opening correctly, the building not being level, and the garage door being the incorrect size.   Graceland sent out repairmen to install the correct garage door (changing a 6” door to a 9” door) which has been completed. The remaining repairs that the customer alleges will be near impossible. This is due to the fact that the customer has poured concrete around his building which has made it impossible for our repairmen to look under it for any possible leveling issues. Graceland made the initial repair due to the fact that we thought the customer had paid for the building. Since the customer has stopped payment on the check for $1996.00 and the charge is now NSF, Graceland will not be making any further repairs to the customer’s building until the NSF check has been paid. In regards to the issue of poor customer service, the customer has spoken to numerous employees at our corporate office regarding his issues with the building. However, during the phone conversations the customer has berated and cursed our employees which lead to Graceland ending the phone conversation. Should the customer wish to have any additional repairs made the NSF check must be paid. If the customer does not pay the NSF check Graceland will take the necessary actions to retrieve our building including possible legal action.

Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] In response to [redacted]’s second response to Graceland.   Graceland feels that it has done what it could to resolve the customer’s complaint.  Graceland provided at no extra cost to the consumer, releveling and an in yard move. Normally, for a driver to come out and reposition or move a building it would cost the consumer on average $250.00 - $350.00. This is to cover the driver’s equipment usage, fuel, and time spent on site. Since the drivers are independent contractors, this is an amount that still has to be paid to the driver even if the customer is not charged by Graceland. Since the consumer states their intentions to use the building as a dwelling Graceland felt it pertinent to add additional information. Our buildings are meant for storage purposes only. Please note under the Cash Sale Terms and Conditions, pg. 2 #3 Consumer Responsibilities paragraph 5. Consumer acknowledges and agrees that the Property was constructed to meet the requirements of a storage facility.  Any requirement or modification for alternate usage is solely the responsibility of the Consumer.  Merchant takes no responsibility for modifications, complications, or requirements necessary for Property usage other than as a non-climate controlled storage facility. Also please see pg. 3 # 7 Warranties paragraphs 2 & 3. Graceland Portable buildings are constructed to be used for storage purposes.  Modification necessary for post-construction climate control are solely the responsibility of the end user.  Graceland takes no responsibility for modifications necessary to successfully install a climate control system or any climate control apparatus, or any complications arising from such installation or modification. Modification of Property by Consumer shall be understood to alter original workmanship, thus making any warranty regarding workmanship null and void.  Modifications by previous Consumer(s) shall not be warrantied or guaranteed by Merchant in any manner, and have not been inspected by a licensed professional.  Use of modified materials shall be at the sole discretion and risk of Consumer. Graceland tries to maintain a positive rapport with our customers. We are sorry that the consumer continues to be displeased with the delivery and set up for this building. We hope that the building serves the purposes of the consumer long into the future.

The refund was sent to the wrong address initially.  It was sent to the correct address via [redacted] overnight delivery on 03/25, delivered 03/26 per [redacted] Tracking. [redacted]

To whom it may concern, This is in regards to Revdex.com complaint ID# [redacted]. Graceland was contacted by Ms [redacted] (herein customer) in regards to what appeared to be a small section of damaged siding on the building. Graceland then offered to send out a repairman to...

fix the problem. The customer declined the repair service. The customer also mentioned wanting their items inside the building to acquire a certain "smell" from being inside the storage building. Our buildings have a patented soffit vent system that allows for better ventilation and cooling that helps to prevent the smell of stagnant air inside the building.The customer took delivery of the building on 1/28/2016. The building is longer eligible for a return since this was a cash sale and the customer has enjoyed the use of the building for 8 months time. For our cash sales the customer has 3 days from the date the sales order is signed to cancel the delivery. Graceland believes that we have attempted to the best of our ability to appease the customer and solve the problem they are having. We are still willing to send our service repair technician to make the repairs to the damaged siding on the building should the customer desire it. Graceland Portable Buildings LLC

marked as such on the attached paperwork the customer signed. After attempting to reach the customer several times regarding delivery of the building we received a letter from the customer. The letter stated that they no longer wished to have the building and wanted to cancel. After receiving the letter we cancelled the contract and delivery of the building. Due to the customer being made aware of the $99.00 processing fee being nonrefundable and it being marked on the paperwork for the sale, we will not be refunding the $99.00 to the customer.

I paid $125.00 to another company to finish Gracelands inefficient job.  Yes it has been months since first delivery and that was about 3 weeks LATE.  (Dec. 9 expected delivery, actual delivery Dec 28, 2016.It is bizarre they would try to use their delays...many delays...against me. They did not contact me about problems and delays. I had to chase them down. It was extremely frustrating to wait so long. Then when Joe was scheduled to come back he was a no show March 17, 2017.  I cancelled an important business meeting as I expected to be busy with building issue. It had been such a long wait nearly 3 months I just could not take it any more.    Would you please address the issue of exploiting me too.  It is a crime! Perhaps it's time to contact the attorney generals office who helps consumers.[redacted]

[redacted] They broke the law my entering my property and tearing down my gate. I never said anything about giving me the building. The reason I stopped paying was because after almost a year I still owed what I did when I started. It was then I requested to see the contract and found out my name was forged. Bottom line is that is was forged and that graceland broke the law by entering g my property without my permission. I was told a date they would get get the building but they came before that date abs I have saved voicemails to prove it. I think this will have to go to court before they will admit their wrong and I will make them pay for the damage they caused to my property and my belongings. If they want to offer to pay for the damages I th k that's only fair. If not I plan on turning it over to my lawyer and will be filling a law suit against graceland for the forgery and the breaking and enterig of my property. I have police reports and everything to back up my claims.
