I had my first visit from the Service Professor today and I will have to say the business and my service guy gets a 100% A+!
My service professional was a heating cooling specialist named Brandon K[redacted]. He spent about two hours with me explaining everything and checking my furnace! He was very kind and polite and patient with a novice like me.
The Service Professor is the best deal in town! Well worth it!
Thanks to Steve we have water. He explained exactly what he needed to do and what were our options. His work was exceptional. He went above and beyond by staying late till everything was to his inspection. Thank you so much.

Antonio was friendly and polite while taking the time to explain the options we had to fix our furnace. Anytime I have an issue in the future, The Service Professor will be called first.

Been using Service Professor for three of my homes. You call them, and they answer (very happily). They visit fast. Worked well with our home warrantee company. Great service. Don't be put off that their prices are on the high end -- worth every extra dollar in service: time to service, resolution of issue, friendliness and quality of work and products. We couldn't be happier. Oh, and you should sign up for their protection plan.
During the weekend, part of my house lost electricity. I contacted The Service Professor online, and they immediately sent a Certified Electrical Technician to me. He discovered a Breaker and 2 Switches that needed replacement. The Technician was Professional, Knowledgeable, and explained in details, the issue I had, and the options for fixing them. I was extremely pleased with The Service Professor for helping me out during my emergency repairs, on a weekend!

We are Professor Protection Plan members and had our first time electrical inspection 2-5-16. Josh did a great job of assessing, explaining and making suggestions...to my \"I don\'t have a clue what you are talking about, but it sounds good...let me call my wife and see what she wants done\" husband who was home at the time. Josh did some much needed replacements (on our 18 year old home) and was still working when I got home from work. While he was finishing up, I looked at the assessment, suggestions and proposed work to be done. I am the one in the house that is curious about the work being done and asked Josh if he wouldn\'t mind showing and explaining to me what he did. He graciously said yes, cleaned up his \"mess\" and took time to show me his work. Josh is a very personable and thorough electrician and I would recommend him, and The Service Professor, to anyone.
I purchased an older condo a couple years ago, and have used The Service Professor several times. Dan for electrical work, Paul and Rich for plumbing, Tom and Scott with Jeff and Marlon for HVAC.
They always arrive on time and when done leave the place clean. I would recommend The Service Professor to anyone as all their employees are very friendly. Also their dispatchers and office staff including Nikki and Jennifer are very helpful in answering any questions before a service call.
Tom came out to diagnosis and repair our AC unit. He was very professional and personable and went above and beyond to give me additional advice on how to care for my unit with the right kind of filters and cleaning. He made me feel comfortable during the time he was in our home and fixed the problem thoroughly and quickly.
