First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused Ms [redacted] After reviewing the complaint we can appreciate the reason for Ms [redacted] ’s dissatisfaction Our company provides a day grace period after the payment due date Ms [redacted] ’s payment due is on the 3rd of every month Any payment received after the 13th of each of month is considered late and will accrue a late fee of $15.00.The account received two late payments after the day grace periodThe payment for 02/03/was received on 02/17/check#and the payment for 04/03/on 04/15/check#The account was charged a late fee for the late paymentsWe apologize for the misunderstanding and will provide Ms [redacted] her refundThe account will be reported as in Paid in full as of 09/14/

terrible customer service with this companyI financed a couch from Value city furniture through this companywaited over months for the payment bookletI had to call times to inquire about the payment bookWhen it finally came, the first payment was dated for months priorI called in for them to tell me that my first payment was late and that my interest rate of 0% for the first months was no longer valid and that my new interest rate was 24%so at that time I told them I would make the payment in full minus the interest incurredthey mentioned they would removed the interest balance and it was paid offThen months later I go to purchase a house and this is showing as a collections account on my credit because there finance manager did not remove the balanceI called back in and waited an hour to get a manager on the line only for them to tell me that the full balance had to be paidThis company is a LOAN SHARK! Avoid at all cost

My application for a GAF loan was done over the phone and went smoothly and professionallyEven though it was rather late in the day, my representative was polite and friendly...and my load was confirmed by the end of the callI would highly recommend this financial institution and would not hesitate to do business again in the future

They were very patient with me after I left my documents at home and very nice and professional
