I am rejecting this response because: I only had the car for hours before I had car engine issuesI'm am exercising my lemon law rightsI would like a full refund.Regards, [redacted]

Please contact Ms [redacted] so she can remove this complaint, I spoke with her personally when she was in the office - I think this complaint was filed before then

Complaint is without merit Ms [redacted] ' purchase was As-Is, so there is no warranty and there will be no refund Despite the sale, when we learned Ms [redacted] had a problem, we tried to help...we told Ms [redacted] she could drop her vehicle at the lot for a day and we'd have a mechanic take a look at it and see what was going on She refused - so it's totally unfair she's now complaining when we offered to help her even though we didn't have to We won't be doing business with Ms [redacted] again and we have no further comment

I am rejecting this response because: Although the car was sold to me as is, I was told that I would have to pay for tow and repairs less than hours after I made the purchase I would like to renew a contract with the deposit that I made the purchase with on another car or truck that will be diagnosed before purchase is final or that my prior contract is null and voidedI will no longer be obligated to current contract Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] ' purchase was As-Is, there are no refunds Despite that, we tried to help when he had trouble with his car A thermostat switch was installed - not a fan Regardless, Mr [redacted] and his associate were rude and acting out at the lot toward staff and other customers, that is why we would not - and will not - even consider any other assistance after such behavior We have no other comments

DCA is the Debt Cancellation Agreement that allowed Mr [redacted] to only have to get state minimum required liability insurance As explained to him at the point of sale, the first months ($240) are reflected on his Bill of Sale, then renewals are added to the account thereafter for the life of the loan - but the cost of DCA never changed, it's just $80/month If Mr [redacted] would like to stop by the office, he can pick up copies of his deal paperwork - which includes the DCA agreement that he signed, that shows the original $and explains the renewals thereafter We have no further response on this complaint and respectfully request that it be removed from our record as it is without merit Thank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that I was taken advantage of this being my first time purchasing a carI also feel that according to the Ohio lemon law that I at least had limited amount of days to return a car that is not safe or able to be drivenAnd I knew nothing about getting car insurance, yet it was stated in the contract that I was going to get insurance after Richard told me to let him know if I got into a car accidentMy mom called on my behalf hrs after I had the car trying to get him to get me my money back because the car is in need of costly repairs more than what he sold me the car for and I don't feel that is rightNot to mention Richard told my mom that I came to the car lot with four others that had license but I only came with one person and she was unlicensed alsoRichard rushed me through all the paper work,he read things to me that I didn't understand and wouldn't give me a chance to ask questions Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying I dropped the car off for a day and picked it upThey also gave me a lender car it was also a doge neon all redThey have carmeras so there is definitely prove I came up there multiple times Regards, [redacted]

Purchase was As-Is Despite that, when we learned she was having problems with the vehicle, our reps offered to have our mechanics look at the car in an effort to help Ms [redacted] and the people she brought in with her instead refused our offer of help and chose instead to act like is, cause a scene and make threats of violence to our staff The police had to be called to come and remove these miscreants from the property Ms [redacted] is never to come on our lot again or the police will arrest her for trespass We have no further comment

We are sorry Ms [redacted] is upset, but she is incorrect Any customer can call accounting and get their balance That information is readily available All customers are required to obtain liability insurance, not only by the state but that is also in the contract they sign with us DCA (Debt Cancellation Agreement - that releases customers from their remaining loan balance if a vehicle is totaled) is $80/month The first months are billed upfront ($240) then beginning the 4th month of the loan, the $80/month cost is added to the account each month All of this is in the paperwork, all of this is explained to customers upfront, and all of this is exactly what Ms [redacted] agreed to at the time of purchase We are sorry that she is upset, but her complaint is without merit We have no further comment on this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: The fact of the matter is when I contacted you guys about the issue I was told the problem would be fixedAlso I was told the "As isl applies to minor issuesI would NOT have purchased the car if I knew this would happenFurthermore, the car is STILL over heating and half the time the car does not even start up Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] is $- NINE HUNDRED dollars - past due on payments, and is complaining we wanted her to pay just $250?! We obviously made a mistake trying to cut this customer a break It's clear now we should have just repo'd the car when she first fell behind, and then demanded payment of the full past due balance We do want to thank Ms [redacted] for pointing out our leniency We offer affordable cars to folks that may not be able to qualify elsewhere - for most customers, if you have a valid license and cash for your downpayment - you're approved! And if our established customers fall behind on payments, we do oftentimes try to help them out by allowing them to get on a payment plan rather than demanding the full past due balance Most of our customers really appreciate that But this complaint shows that some folks don't appreciate anything We have no further comment re: ***

Not sure what this is about - but the complaint is invalid. Our website is autopopulated...so cars are automatically removed as soon as they sell. If the car she saw online was gone, that means it sold. As to broken windshields...she must have been looking at cars that were waiting
to be worked on. She's definitely making up the part about the salesman changing the down - our salesman couldn't do that even if they wanted to...prices are set before the salesman go anywhere near a car. So not sure what the true reason is for this person trying to bash us - but none of these claims are accurate. Maybe this person is confusing us with another lot. We sell used cars starting as low as $down with no credit check needed - and we have hundreds of happy customers that can tell you we are upfront, fair and a great place to buy a car. We have no further comment

The consumer herself points out that we offered to help if she brought the car to the lot (ie tow charge if she wanted us to call a tow company for her) We offered to help when we didn't have to - her sale was - so it's unconscionable that our effort of goodwill resulted in a complaint
This complaint is without merit and should be removed
