Hi,This complaint has to be a mistake.  Ms. [redacted] was allowed - and did - make a payment online 6/2/17, after multiple contacts with accounting and salesmen - who all went out of their way to help her.  And despite her As-Is purchase, we did try to help her out when she got the car in...

March - when she mentioned her concern about the converter - we had her bring it in so we could look at her converter concern for her.  The issue she stated was never able to be duplicated despite several attempts - because the car was working just fine.  We told her that, she picked it up working just fine and never said another word about it, so that's the end of that for us.  This complaint is baseless, we have no further comment.

I had to take off a week of work and am unable to make payment on other car because of being a week in the hole. I feel they knew something was wrong and tried to cover the fact that the problem of fluids leaking technically was my problem. It took them a week to total the car out and provided me a car that was unsafe for me kids. The second day I had it to was over heating I had it for less than 24 hours. They did put me in another car but did not notice or try to work with me on car payments since I had to take off of work which affects both them and me them especially because they want their first payment

Please contact Ms. [redacted] so she can remove this complaint, I spoke with her personally when she was in the office - I think this complaint was filed before then.

The purchase was As-Is.  Despite that, in an act of goodwill, we tried to assist the buyer with problems when we could have done nothing at all.  So it's unconscionable that our effort of goodwill has resulted in a complaint.  This complaint is without any legal merit and should be...

removed.

I am rejecting this response because: The fact of the matter is when I contacted you guys about the issue I was told the problem would be fixed. Also I was told the "As isl applies to minor issues. I would  NOT have purchased the car if I knew this would happen. Furthermore, the car is STILL over heating and half the time the car does not even start up.

DCA is the Debt Cancellation Agreement that allowed Mr [redacted] to only have to get state minimum required liability insurance.  As explained to him at the point of sale, the first 3 months ($240) are reflected on his Bill of Sale, then renewals are added to the account thereafter for the life...

of the loan - but the cost of DCA never changed, it's just $80/month.   If Mr [redacted] would like to stop by the office, he can pick up copies of his deal paperwork - which includes the DCA agreement that he signed, that shows the original $240 and explains the renewals thereafter.  We have no further response on this complaint and respectfully request that it be removed from our record as it is without merit.  Thank you.

Mr. [redacted]' purchase was As-Is, there are no refunds.  Despite that, we tried to help when he had trouble with his car.  A thermostat switch was installed - not a fan.  Regardless, Mr. [redacted] and his associate were rude and acting out at the lot toward staff and other customers, that...
