I purchased Great RV Excapes about 4 years ago. We had a 5th wheel going south for the winters 9 previous years. After paying for and receiving my card we headed south. None of the campgrounds listed had any affiliation with this company.
One we had stopped at previously in OK have never heard of them but because we had camped there the year before, they did give us a discount.
I contacted the company requesting a refund several times within the 90 days guarantee but never had any type of a reply.
I still have the USELESS card ...
This is a SCAM as far as I'm concerned...BUYER BEWARE...Purchase Reputable.

Pioneer RV Park in Quincy CA has never been affiliated with Great RV Escapes. We do not do business with this Company nor do we plan to. We honor Good Sam, FMCA and Escapee discounts only. Please disregard any discounts that great rv escapes offers.

We got the Great RV Escape card and took a 7 week trip from PA to CA via the Southwest route and came back the northern route through South Dakota, Nebraska, back to Pa. Never found a camp ground that heard of Great RV Escapes. Requested my money back and its been a month now and haven't heard anything from them. We ended up getting a KOA and Good Sams card and it was honored most places as well as a veterans discount. Not happy with Great RV Escapes claims. Tried to find their camp grounds. Very difficult to find.

I have just found out that the park I run Leisure Mountain RV Park in Tijeras NM is listed in this "directory" with out dated pricing. I have never heard of them, until today. If they are a "Directory" why would they even list prices.

The response is not acceptable because every business I contacted in my home state that was listed as a provider of this companies service had never even heard of this company, therefore they provided false information as to the service they had promised. This makes their guarantee null and void and a full refund , Along with a thorough investigation, is in order.

a year since he purchased. Well past our normal and reasonable 90 day policy. We advised that we cannot and do not guarantee continued participation by any campground since we do not own/manage the parks. This is an unreasonable expectation.
He wouldn't answer either way. So, please let him know we would be happy to send him a refund check. Please have him advise us of his current mailing address.

I do not see an apology offered in their response for [redacted] hanging up in my face. My expectation, which was reasonable, was to find a campground anywhere that agreed that they were affiliated with this "group".

[redacted]  Thanks to American Express this should be true.  They went after them for the refund so as of now this is correct. Per American Express they have 60 days to reverse their decision.   Thank you.  I still feel they should have contacted me when I tried several times to contact them. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for your assistance.  I have called also.  I finally left a not so nice message telling them I thought this was a scam and I had contacted Revdex.com.  I got a return call! They said my order may have gotten lost and would check with shipping.   They then mailed to me a code that allows me to go on line and print their books off the internet. (The letter says they have now gone green)  I had originally ordered 6 books ( hard copy).  I wish to receive a refund.  The cost of printing and making my own books is prohibitive.  It is my opinion that they sold books that don't exists.  Again thank you for your help.  [redacted]

Customer has been reissued an email showing creditfor the $97.  Maybe the first one arbitrarily went tohis trash/spam folder.  Not sure why customer didnot contact us directly for the required information?

Customer purchase has been refunded.  Customer can expect to see refund post within 3-5 business days depending on their bank.  Additionally, the post office shows customer welcome packet was delivered.  No messages or caller ID information from this customer can be located.
