As of 7:07pm there has been no credit to my account. I have contacted the business and they do not return messages.

Mountain View RV park and Campground, Sundance Wyoming is not affiliated with Great RV Escapes. We do not do business with this Company nor do we plan to! We as owners have never heard of this company until I started getting phone calls on the plan. Folks save your time and subscribe to Good Sam, a nationally recognized plan.

I noticed that we were not the only ones who were scammed. We contacted the Revdex.com and Attorney Generals office concerning this fraudulent company. I also sent copies to each of the campgrounds that I spoke to. All said the same thing, never heard of them. According to Drew at Great RV Escapes each one of these companies pay to be in their book and the people I talk to at the campgrounds are fly by night employees that are not familiar...truth is, I talked to the owners of six of these facilities and they left messages with Great RV Escapes with no return calls. We did receive a refund for our membership from Outdoor Recreation Group today.

Review: We received several emails regarding this business and offering a service of 50% off RV campground fees. We were getting ready to travel in our RV and thought this would help us financially. An online directory was provided with a state by state listing of the campgrounds covered. We contacted 3 of these sites in Pigeon Forge, TN and they said they had never heard of this plan. Upon returning home, my wife contacted other campgrounds in various states and they all stated they were not aware of this plan.Desired Settlement: We would like a return of our $** charge on our [redacted] account. I spoke with them today and they hung up on me. I told them all I wanted was a cancellation and refund based on our replies from the campgrounds.

Fire Lake Camper Park is not a part of this program, but we have been getting calls for reservations expecting the discount price.

Review: Company provided false information for camping sites they offered. When I contacted several of these posted sites I came to find that these site owners never even heard of this company. They were never even contacted.Desired Settlement: Full refund (IMMEDIATELY)

Review: looking for a refund

Hi.

I was told I would get my money back and still have not got a refund what is he hold up on my refund I sent my card back. The next email will go to the better business borough.

I would like a refund on my membership it will not help me when we go camping we stay more than one day so I would like my money back I will not work for us.I sent my card back two month ago and still no response what else do I have to do to get my money back.

Review: after purchasing product, which included important information that I would be utizing on my near traveling adventures to my dismay the whole directory was a farse. GREAT RV ESCAPE had no affilation with none of their directory rv resorts. They had promised 50% off of normal rates but these businesses never even heard of this company. I'm fileling this so other RV owners will not fall prey to this scam!111Desired Settlement: I FEEL THEY NOT ONLY NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY, BUT ALSO REFUND OME CASH FR TWO MANY HOURS SPENT ON A NO WIN SITUATION.

Review: The company advertises an RV directory that has rates that are competitive with Good Sams. Also 6 books are also advertised as part of the promotion. all to be shipped. I ordered OCT 29 and have never received. I have been billed 49.97. I have tried to reach out to them via the phone number provided and all I get is a recorded message and that they will return my call 1-800-727-1118. I feel as if this is a scam and am requesting a refund.

Thank you for your assistance. I have called also. I finally left a not so nice message telling them I thought this was a scam and I had contacted Revdex.com. I got a return call! They said my order may have gotten lost and would check with shipping. They then mailed to me a code that allows me to go on line and print their books off the internet. (The letter says they have now gone green) I had originally ordered 6 books ( hard copy). I wish to receive a refund. The cost of printing and making my own books is prohibitive. It is my opinion that they sold books that don't exists. Again thank you for your help. [redacted]

Review: On July 11, 2015, I joined Great RV Escapes. At that time I was promised a money back guarantee. On August 18, I requested a full refund as I was not happy with the product. I was told it would be no problem to issue a full refund. At that time they requested that I send back my membership card. I have done so and still have not received a refund. I have called the office number listed on their initial correspondence, and of course no one answers. I left several messages and they finally called me back. At that time they told me it might take the credit card people two months to credit my account. Our bank assures me it would be credited the day the refund is issued from them. It should not take that long as it was just a debit card. Only took a few seconds to charge my account for the $ 97.00 dollars. I feel they have misrepresented their policy concerning a full refund. I feel that they are just hoping I will go away and not continue to ask for the refund due me. I'm feeling that they are just a bunch of crooks. I guess I should not have trusted them in the first place.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $ 97.00 ASAP, Credited to my debit card that was initially used

Review: I just joined this company on June 1, 2015. They have quite the advertising campaign for discounted Rv overnight campground stays. I'm paid $77.00 for a 4 year program. They advertised a complete money back guarantee if not satisfied.We traveled for over 6 weeks this summer and never once was there a campground they had in their group around us to stay.I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and they will not return my calls or my emails. They called immediately when I called to sign up for their program and get more information in June. I just want my money back as I am not happy or satisfied, I don't want to see other people scammed as I am beginning to feel I have been,They also use a name of outdoor recreation group at the same address, which is what my credit card charge went to. [redacted] Thanks to American Express this should be true. They went after them for the refund so as of now this is correct. Per American Express they have 60 days to reverse their decision. Thank you. I still feel they should have contacted me when I tried several times to contact them. Very poor customer service.

Review: On June 24 2015, I purchased a package of RV directories in the amount of $144.00.from this co. The directories did not meet my expectations. I contacted a representative about a refund. He said they would refund my money conditional on my returning the membership card that was issued to me. I returned the card approx. 10 days ago. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to find out the status of my refund, only to be ignored. I feel that if they ignore my calls long enough, I will give up, & consider the $144.00 I paid to them a complete loss. That is not going to happen! It's evident to me that they have no intention of refunding my money unless they're forced to.

Review: I called after registering for this service. The site guaranteed to a full refund if not happy with service. Called to inquire about service. Always leaving a message. Guarantees to answer or return calls same business day. Finally after leaving a message again, received a phone call. Inquired a few details of this service, what they did etc. Was answered very rudely told I could not possibly get any info from calling them could not even give a web site to inquire info about. The only way I could get any info was to wait for my welcome package. Felt I was treated very rudely, asked to cancel program immediately. Was hung up on. Have tried to contact several times even after getting packet. Just get a recording. I want my refund of $67.00 back. I want my membership cancelled as site agreed.Desired Settlement: would like a full refund of my $67.00
