I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with a reasonable payment plan and the people refuse to accept a reasonable plan

I have been paying Alliant Capital for a debt I owe I have a payment plan set up with Alliant
Alliant "fishes" my bank account by running my debit card every day If there is money in my account, Alliant withdraws money from it without my consent or notification in addition to my payment plan The extra withdrawals have caused excessive bank fees and other bills to not get paid
I am on medical leave from my job I get paid bi-weekly @ 60% of my pay I repeatedly told Alliant of my situation, but they could care less
ALLIANT IS BLEEDING ME DRY!

The advertised temperature of the water park is degrees and our park was degrees and the water temperature was degrees during the guest's stay.

We were reasonable in allowing the guest to ride, but prohibiting those who did not wait in line to ride in order to enforce this rule. It is not fair or consistent to allow a guest to get in line, hold a place in that line, while their family members ride another attraction and then have their family members come join them once they reach the front of that line. This is what occurred that dayWhile there is no actual sign that reads "do not line cut", this is an implied universally respected rule, no matter where one goes. This is why the staff did not remove the guest from the park for breaking that rule; they simply explained it to the guest and ask that she respect it for the remainder of her stayThe signage that is posted does talk about obeying all oral rules. The guest was warned verbally by the staff member on the top of the ride when she broke the rule. That warning doesn't mean that they were going to allow the line cutting to continueThe guest was told by Liz, Anthony, and the front desk approximately seven times as she kept returning that the Manager on Duty would call her that night once the activities in the lobby had concluded. The Manager on Duty did call the guest that night within a reasonable hour to discuss the situationWe are sorry that the guest did not agree with our decision to enforce the policy, however, we still stand behind our policy

paid off ** *** account feb.3rd 2014, it has come up twice this year with different collection agencies that it is still unpaidI have found the check twice where I paid it

I had contacted this business on 6/24/about not contacting my mother on her phone number and to let them know that I am filing bankruptcy The person I spoke with was Autumn and after telling her this started getting upset and yelling and then asked "is this really ***" I gave her the info for my bankruptcy lawyer and she said that they needed to contact her I asked for a sup and Autumn hung up on me I called back and got to Autumn again who answered the phone and said "hold on" and transferred me to a man The man said my account was noted and I would receive no other calls I explained the bad service I received from Autumn and he said he would forward it on I have recorded all these calls so I have proof if company needs it I now receive a call on 6/27/from Autumn threatening me about my account and they have also called my mother again which on 6/24/I asked them to stop calling I had my wife *** call in and explained that it is now Monday morning so our la

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the compensation I was offered including late checkout, free breakfast and stuffed animal activity was because of the inconvenience caused to me and my family as I waited in line almost an hour to check in Standing in the cheline for close to an hour was a complete waste of my time and time my kids could have spent in the waterpark (reason for our visit)Great Wolf offered me the compensation they did for my time wasted
My frustration is I paid for a nice hotel room and not a cheap motel therefore I expected my room to be cleanThe pictures above will tell you otherwiseIn terms of Great Wolf not receiving any email from me, I email their Director of Guest Services *** *** *** *** on 12/18/at 11:59am with the letter and pictures attached above to email address ***I forwarded the same email on her today (01/01/17) at 7:33am and received an automated email back advising she is out of the office and to contact *** *** or *** *** in her absence so I don't see why she wouldn't receive my original email
Great Wolf response also stated that they are willing to offer me a two night stay at a discounted rate of $a night which makes no sense whatsoever considering this was their rate when I called to make my reservationIt may be a promotion rate they were offering at the time to all guests but it certainly wasn't discounted specifically to meI paid the rate that was offered at the time I made my reservationWhat I am asking for is a two night stay FREE of charge due to the condition of my roomLike I mentioned earlier, I didn't pay for a cheap motel, I paid for a nice clean hotel and based on the pictures attached, this was clearly not it

Alliant contacted me regarding a bill that my son owed my name was never on the loan contract the girl that I spoke with said that the debt amt was over $but would be brought down to $2700+ if I paid the bill my son is in his forties, but I felt intimidated as alexia (repat alliant) was saying that it needed to be taken care of I have never been contacted by a debt collector before who was talking legalities and I was extremely nervous I gave her credit card nosto bill $of the debt to because I was so afraid that they were going to come after my son I was suppose to be sent an email from them but never got it the next day after speaking with my son I decided I cannot financially be responsible for a bill that was not mine I did speak with alexia and told her that I was not going to pay my sons' debt and she said that she would talk to the company about refunding my money I have since left msgs for her stating that I want my credit cards to be refunded

This business is using abusive practices to harass me regarding an alleged debt that they have refused to verifyThe company leaves messages insinuating legal action has been taken against me which is and unethical for them to claim or threaten

Alliant Capital acquired an outstanding debt from the bank that I took the loan out from and continuously made harassing phone calls in an attempt to collectSeveral phone calls indicated legal action may be taken that I do not believe they intended to takeThe company contacted me in January and never validated the debt by sending a written notice indicating how much money I owed, who the creditor was, nor what action I could take to dispute the accountThe company also took a payment arrangement prematurely when they accepted my first payment over the phone but neglected to send any documentation either validating the debt or detailing the payment arrangementThe company withdrew seven payments for a total of $without sending any statements detailing what was being done, how much was being withdrawn, or what the declining balance wasThis business is located in New York state and currently is not licensed to perform debt collection in the state of Washington

They continually harass my friends and family,as well as myselfI spoke with them once and made clear that I do not know what the debt could be,and when they listed off possible cell providers, I made clear that any debt with a cell provider has been paidThey threaten to file a lawsuit against me, since I do not have knowledge of any debt, I suggested they file They just continue to harass family claiming all sorts of things

This collection agency is not licensed to collect a debt in the state of *** *** Knowing this information, Alliant Capital Management, still pursues a debt with me through phone, voicemails, and email This company threatened me with possible court action, although unclear as to by whom, if I was willing to enter into a payment agreement with them They stated they could not guarantee what would happen if I was willing to set up an arrangement during our phone conversation and told me previous people had been pursued through legal means in court I have no problem to right my past mistakes due to financial hardships, past and current, but I should not have to deal with predatory services that aren’t even allowed to collect in my state

I was contacted by a Noah Bwho contacted me and began threatening to contact my employer and Bank concerning a Pay Day loan I have paid fully through (*** *** loan) In *** it is illegal to contact my Employer concerning me
I do not appreciate being threatened or yelled at
If there was a problem I would like to settle it before being threatened by someone

Company uses scare tactics and places harassing phone calls to family members to collect debtAttempting to verify personal information over the phoneEven went as far as calling my spouse on his job to find meWhen questioned why they didn't call me, they became rude and irate making accusations of why debt was supposedly not paidThey will be prosecuted if this continues

This company is calling non-stop to my father and other family members harassing them and leaving threatening voicemails Also, this company, someone name Melvin is calling non-stop all day, everyday to my employer harassing and leaving threatening voicemails on my supervisor line

Horrible experience 2 hours to get a room.

alarming, therefore, our protocol is to call the local professional authorities and allow them to determine a course of action. Please understand that the safety of all of our guests is our number one priority and we take this very seriously.
It’s my understanding that you spoke with a manager pertaining to the t-shirts that your children were coloring and that he discussed the pricing of that activity with you. As it sounds by your letter, this was not your understanding, I will instruct our finance department to refund $32.03 to the credit card that it was charged to.
Ms. [redacted], as far as the actions of the [redacted] Police Department, please contact them directly for any information or reports that they may have.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The manager said that she would allow us to checkout early, that she had complimentary breakfast,  that she would refund the wine service because of the strawberries,  and the second wine charged me for strawberries AGAIN.Our second day there we waited most of the time for the housekeepers to clean the room,  they did not clean until 6pm after being asked at least three times on three separate occasions.  The cleaners were in the hallway arguing over not wanting to clean,  and then when we do finally get someone to clean,  we come back and all they did was make the same sheets with the same stains,  and leave?  That is completely unhygienic and disgusting first of all then to turn around and my son had been saying his pillow smelled like dog poop?  Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!  Who knows how long it had been since the sheets were actually changed!!  The air was also broken,  we had to have a maintenance guy come and fix it after the room wouldn't cool down.  As well as when we we're checking in they were the rudest people,  no smiles,  no personal greeting,  just "next" and then after speaking to them on the phone about my work discount they said sure bring it and your I'd in when you check in and then the discounts will be applied.  We argued with them for awhile and then we we're treated like we we're stupid.  We was given our room info without the vouchers and all the info to be able to successfully know exactly what activities and how to plan things through,  we went around lost for awhile because things were not explained to us hardly at all. Then have to fight each and every aspect of the wolf pass,  we had to go get the game card,  then was told the game card was separate from the golf and  bowling Then they said it was all supposed to be loadedon the card,  then we waited in line on 4 occassions just to be able to play the games we already paid for! And it was a huge hassle because they we're acting like we had already used all of our stuff and was just trying to get free stuff,  when in all reality when they looked it up,  they seen and corrected it.  Then after as we were building the wolves they explained to go to each machine,  well two machines were down so we had to call someone again just to be able to play the game and then they acted like it was a huge ordeal,  all of this was the same time as when we came back and the sheets we're made.  We would have left then if they would have okayed it but she said she wanted to turn our time around and then we gave it another try to only be charged more money and more addons when clearly there should have been no more charges.  There should have been the refunds that I mentioned earlier, and there should be people that enjoy working there like it is a kid friendly place.  I saved every receipt that I spent there, and we have over $1900 invested in this type of service that we cannot get back,  this is clearly a huge issue to me as I am a single mother of two kids.  I saved for this place for a long time before we could go. This type of service is no resort I've ever been too.

It’s my understanding that your room rate which includes late check- out, totals $270.57 with tax. We have refunded a total of $135.29 ( $119.99 plus $15.30 in tax) to your credit card which represents 50% of your room rate for the evening. The only other charge that is showing on your account is the daily lodge fee of $19.99.
