Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On MonMarch 10, I was contacted by the business (Gree) indicating that they would give me $($for the remainder toward the replacement of the first dehumidifier and $to cover the cost of replacing the second dehumidifier) I indicated this would be acceptable They said they would email me a form for me to sign and send back The form was to have indicated I would not seek further action in this matterI called them on Wed Mar 13th telling them I did not receive the form and confirmed my email address with them They said it was already sent to me and that he would put a note in the file that it wasn't sent It is now Mar16th and I have no letter, no replacement funds and no dehumidifier This is not acceptable I am extremely tired of calling and emailing and writing about this matter Now I'm thinking they really need to compensate me further I am a small business owner and would never treat one of my customers like this I'm now wondering if a small claims court action would be in order Regards, [redacted]
