On Mon. March 10, I was contacted by the business (Gree) indicating that they would give me $210 ($40 for the remainder toward the replacement of the first dehumidifier and $170 to cover the cost of replacing the second dehumidifier).  I indicated this would be acceptable.  They said they would email me a form for me to sign and send back.  The form was to have indicated I would not seek further action in this matter. I called them on Wed Mar 13th telling them I did not receive the form and confirmed my email address with them.  They said it was already sent to me and that he would put a note in the file that it wasn't sent.  It is now Mar. 16th and I have no letter, no replacement funds and no dehumidifier.  This is not acceptable.  I am extremely tired of calling and emailing and writing about this matter.  Now I'm thinking they really need to compensate me further.  I am a small business owner and would never treat one of my customers like this.  I'm now wondering if a small claims court action would be in order.

I signed and agreed to a settlement agreement with Gree for an additional amount of compensationueto being undercompensated for a recalled dehumidifier. Gree/Stericycle agreed to compensate me an additional amount ($135) to cover the underpayment and also the fee for recycling the device. I wonder how may people could come up with receipts from over a year ago???  The amount they sent and I did get the checks is short about $100 to get new dehumdifiers.   But they did sent out the money...FINALLY.

complaints to the Revdex.com very seriously. Because the consumer claimed he did not receive his reimbursement checks, Gree reissued reimbursement of $342.88. Gree also offered to reimburse this consumer based on his receipt price; however, the consumer could not provide a receipt. Thus, Gree declined to provide additional reimbursement to this consumer.
