Dennis came out as scheduled, assessed the A/C and then had one of their tech guys back out later with the parts to fix the issueThey were always honest about the condition of our unit and explained what may be to come because of its ageI was very satisfied and the A/C is blowing cold like it should nowWe are probably going to change the entire unit next summer and will definitely call Green Air to do the jobWe had few quotes from others from last summer, but we want to go with the company we already trust

The new owner is turning this company aroundI had two guys come out and clean my air ducts, and they were very professionalThey were also respectful of my house, and great with my cat and dog

I'm much happier now that I was reimbursed my $They offered to come out and do another cleaning for free, since I don't believe they used the main HVAC toolDue to my schedule, I opted for the refundI'm sure some of their workers are better than others, so maybe I would have had a better experience with someone else?

After Living in our Apartment for yearsIt NEVER dawned on me to clean Air DuctsUntil my daughters doctor suggested it because she had so many breathing problemsI am glad I found these guysI spoke with Larry over the phone and he explained everything in detail how this process worksThey came, they cleaned and just like that, I could instantly feel myself breathing in better air! I wish I would've find them years agoThank you for doing a good job!

Erik and his crew were amazing!
I needed a new air system put in my attic after my prehistoric floor furnace died outI had three other quotes: one was pretty close, others were a few thousand more, but none of them actually climbed into the attic to assess they just peeked their headsSo when Erik and his sidekick climbed up and actually looked around, that was pretty much the selling point for me
I am still, to this day, in shock at how quickly they did everything this includes: adding/moving gas line in the basement/side of the house to the attic, electrical, widening the attic access point to the attic (they also framed and stained the wood!), adding a register and vents, a Nest thermostat (which I am totally and completely in love with) and cleaned up after themselvesThey get thumbs up

I purchased a maintenance service on lineI made an appointment and on four separate occasions they did not show up, this after they called to confirm the day beforeTwo of the appointments were during the day, so I took vacation days off and waited, to no availTwo of the appointments were to be from 5-p.mand again I waited to no avail
The air conditioner was less than years old and had been serviced every year and it worked greatThey came to service it and the $soon turned into $They keep saying we are not upselling, and then they keep upsellingThe charge was just to clean it (as well as the furnace for another 49.00)They charged 9.25% taxI complained and received a refund on the tax (There is no service tax in either Chicago or Illinois)
Right after they left, the air conditioner stopped cooling (they did not try it before they left, even though I suggested it)They sent other service people on several occasions, but did not solve the problemThe last one said there is a leak and someone else would come out and fix itA week later they called and want to give me a price to repair itI am still waiting for the priceIn the meantime I hired someone elseIt turns out there was no leakThey had left the caps and another part off ( I can’t recall the name of it) and the refrigerant was emptied outThe new company replaced the parts and dried out the line and added new refrigerantIt now works fine againWhat a waste of $and a months time

Erik's team came out to do the duct cleaning work for us based on the coupon we purchased from Living SocialThe guys were very professional and courteousErik identified some of the problems with our furnace and recommended we do deep cleaning and coil cleaning which we didSince then our system is working very efficiently and noticeably betterGuys do use very good equipment and overall know what they are doingEspecially with the price of the coupon, you can't go wrong on this serviceWe never have done duct cleaning in our place, but after seeing the job being done and what comes out of the ducts we are convinced that this should be done once a yearWe did our research and got multiple quotes beforeAt this time we are set on Quality and give them stars

We had really wonderful service from Leo and team at Green Air Care! I reviewed many reviews on other sites in choosing Green Air Care, and I was not disappointed in the slightestThe team is very professional, helpful, courteous, and very tidyI had it in my mind that this would be a dirty process, but our flat was left spotlessI know that our furnace has run better since it was cleaned as well, and the health of our family has benefitedI will definitely use their company again in the future, and I have highly recommend it to friends! As others have said, Great Company! I highly recommend!

Excellent service. Was so easy to book and get them out here to get all the services done. They inspected our Furnace and AC free of charge and we actually may use them later to replace our entire HVAC system.

They took before and after photographs at my request on site so I could see the differences. I think they worked with me in an extremely professional manner from start to finish.

Short and sweet.  Couldn't have been easier to work with and very happy with the job and price.  

They scheduled my appointment quickly, kept in good communication and arrived when they said, the dryer vent looks great and the price was very reasonable.  Adam, the technician that was sent out, was very polite, did the job quickly & effectively  and they left the area even cleaner than it was when they started.  

Will absolutely use again, thank you Green Air Care team!

Shmulik N. And his partner were great, explained everything when I had my furnace tuned-up/cleaned. They showed me everything they were doing. I am definitely having them come back, asking for same guys (Shmulik) for sure. Don't waste your money elsewhere.
