I am very very pleased with the service that Green Air Care has provided the young man Alex was very professional great personality and on time for service and everything was done in a timely manner not often do you run across a company that provides outstanding service and has amazing employees but Green Air Care does they were outstanding and I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a company for duct cleaning I am very happy with my service and will be using this company for future services.

We called around and only Green Air Care responded within minutes. Literally. Great service for a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service!!! These gentlemen came out to clean the furnace and the ducts at my newly bought house, my small business and my parents condo. All three furnaces work like new. I will highly recommend GAC to any one.

technician back out on Saturday as the customer requested. The technician verified the fire place and carbon monoxide didn;t have anything to do with air duct cleaning or furnace cleaning. Upon his assessment, discovered the fire place collapsed and caused the carbon monoxide pipe to bend. We are not willing to offer a refund.

These guys left my house about an hour ago- and I was so impressed! I was skeptical before their visit because of the mixed reviews and because their price was so very much lower than another company quoted me. I had no reason to worry, Miguel and Alex took care of what we needed and did it in a professional and clean manner. Miguel wore shoe slippers every time he entered the house. I have a small home and they were walking in and out of the kitchen so they could get to the basement and I was baking. Every time Miguel would walk past he would apologize and say excuse me, carrying his instruments at a distance and with care not to make a mess. They vacuumed their mess as they went leaving me with nothing to clean up yet apologizing for the dust they "kicked-up." They did what was described as a deep clean on the valupak coupon with no added costs: my bill was exactly the amount I had anticipated. They had some trouble with one of my main return vents so they had to cut a hole to access the thirty years worth of grime in it. He apologized for having to make the whole, but he repaired the hole to my satisfaction: I was happy to know they went the extra mile and made the hole to ensure that they could get the job done to such an extent. I am very happy with my service and I will be calling them next year for a quick service although Miguel assured me it was so clean I could probably wait longer than a year. Thank-you Green Aircare!

was never contacted by the consumer. The customer's complaint is regarding sanitation not being called sanitation? I'm not sure what that is regarding. She also states she felt cheated regarding the pricing, because the technician recommended an additional service for an additional cost. We did all of the services we quoted over the phone. The technician did an inspection and recommended mold control for an additional $40 due to the water leak in her system. Some things we can't predict over the phone. The customer agreed.If we missed a vent, we can send a technician out free of charge. We can not offer a full refund for services rendered and agreed upon. I asked for them to clean my vents but last March and I was not satisfied. Then I called them again BC I wanted their servicredit $39. They told me since its only November I have warranty. They didn't tell me I had to pay anything. Then the workers did their job then gave me a receipt after saying I have to pay $89. Then I said no. They did not say I hav to pay anything. Then he said that's fine, there's aalways misunderstandings about it. I signed the bottom of the paper but not the top BC I did not agree to the terms of paying $89. They left and I thought that it was free BC they did not tell me in the first place. Then a lady left a voicemail saying we owe them $89. So I called and complained but they did not help me. I said I was going to sue them then they hing up on me. They did not leave me with an email addreas or their company address. Manager was very rude too.

I was recently contacted by this company and offered a full refund of $150 for my previous purchase. I did indeed receive the check. While I didn't enjoy the services provided, I am pleased with their customer response.

knowledgeable technician to do an inspection on the unit. The technician stated the system was installed properly and everything was working fine; this included an inspection of the freon levels. The owner of Green Air Care did suggest the customer look into [redacted] Technology. This would help with holes and leaks in the air duct system, preventing air flow from escaping. We installed a new unit which is efficient for the customer's home. If there are issues inside the duct work that is not related to our service. We did not install the duct work, nor do we inspect every inch of the duct work when we're installing a new AC system. If the customer would like for us to stop by another time that is not a problem. Our office will try reaching out to the customer. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

He inspected the AC unit and provided the detailed report on how much it will cost and why. Later, he suggested options and I chose to move with new unit that costed be less than 3,000 and less maintenance.

I chose Green Air Care because of a coupon I found on [redacted]. Matt and another guy came to clean our vents, returns and sanitized. They were very detailed and showed me each step of the job. At the same time, we had a leak on our AC. Eric came to check it out and he was very knowledgeable. Having a Type A personality, I have to know every detail of the job. To make a long story short, I was very SATISFIED with his work. He did not cut corners, communicated very well and gave EXCELLENT customer service. All in all, I would definitely recommend Green Air Care for your air duct cleaning and HVAC services. issues/concerns have been resolved. Regarding timing of arrival, the customer states we have shown up late. We offer a time frame for arrival, meaning if we say 9-12 we can arrive anywhere between 9-12. The customer might not have understood that, but never communicated any time issues with the office. Hear this, the service provider is the best one among many that we have employed in the past, they came as we called them and gave the outline of what needed to be carried out in our apartment which was not too high considering to what I have spent previously to another team that did half job and left me with my family helpless. However Green Air Care surprised me, all the mess in our house is no more, thanks to Green Air Care, I gonna let my friends know this.

My experience with Green Air Care was a long winded one, but worthwhile. I had initially purchased a groupon for an AC Tune up, which I had never known was supposed to happen on a more regular basis. I was happy that I was able to make an appointment right away and didn't have to compromise my schedule. The Green Air team came in on my appointment and looked at my system. John was very detailed and went through step by step what he was looking at. He showed me several pictures of my system which showed a huge buildup of dust and mold that I had no idea even existed! Long story short, I ended up having the team do a deep clean of my vent systems, and it looked fantastic after! The only set back was that there was a tiny hiccup in the process which required a follow up appointment the following day. Eric *. came to my place the next day as promised to fix the rest of the A/C and get it to working order. I noticed an immediate change and he was very detailed on the various components I could add to my system to make it better and last longer. I didn't end up going with the additional UV product, but really appreciated the dedicated service that he provided me. He really made me feel that he was doing all in his power to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my service, which I was. I am very happy with the service provided and especially so given it was my first big A/C maintenance. I would recommend their services again. Thanks everyone!

Erik was exceptional. They performed their work in a professional manner and completed the job on time. They also suggested some other issues that needed to be addressed and did not push you into a hard sell. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of repair and service.

I never knew how much dust was in my vents until green air care came out! They did an amazing job and were very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer. The technician Stas was very friendly and personable!! I was beyond impressed and will definitely be referring them to friends and family!

I purchased the deep air cleaning from green air care for 189, this was my first time having my home serviced and I was a little skeptical because I didn't know much about duct cleaning. Miguel came to my home in the green air truck. He was friendly and polite. He explained to me the services he was providing and did a great job! I would recommend him and this company to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned as well!

My wife found Green Air Care online and we scheduled a service for [redacted] service. The guys that came out were in a company truck, were company branded t-shirts and were overall very professional.
Normally I would not write a review and spend the time, but I liked how they did a free inspection of our overall HVAC system, which was not included in the aeroseal service we paid for. Because of this service, they were able to identify that our filter was clogged and our humidifier was not working at all. I liked that and wanted to share the positive experience we had. I wish all HVAC companies went beyond their call of duty to offer this kind of service. By the way, [redacted] is amazing and we are very happy we did it. Pretty amazing technology. Thumbs up.

the customer called again stating his dryer vent pipe was broken and his furnace was now not working, this is 9 days after our original service. The customer claimed another HVAC company inspected his system and stated the furnace issue was due to a dirty coil, something he never paid for. We cleaned the customers coil for free as well as refunded $150. We have gone above and beyond to rectify all issues presented to us. The customer is requesting a refund of $450 for services he claims another company provided. We have no knowledge of this and are not willing to refund additional money for what we have already taken care of.

It's funny how they make me sound like the bad guy. I never requested a $450 refund. I wrote this complaint prior to me receiving the free coil cleaning and $150 credit. I have received both and I'm now satisfied.

They were very polite,on time.They got right to work when they finished they went over everything they did.Was very happy with the job performed.
