very unprofessional staff... I had to clean up the whole house after they left, dust was everywhere. also unprofessional language and very nosy.
and in the end I had to pay them almost $800 for their lame service plus they were literally asking for tips.

My 15 year old furnace died early Sunday morning. I called Quality because of their great reviews online. Their phone recording gave an emergency phone number, which was answered immediately. I called at 8:30AM, and 2 hours later Adam arrived at my house to check out my furnace. He clearly explained the problems with my furnace, gave me estimates to both repair and replace it, and discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. replace. Due to the age of the furnace and cost to repair, I decided to replace it. Adam followed up later that day with a written proposal via email which I accepted. Since I was without heat, and Adamn committed to replace the furnace the next day, I did not get competitive bids for the furnace replacement, but the bid price seemed to reasonable.
On Monday Adam returned with a crew of two other men and installed the new furnace. The furnace he selected fit perfectly into the small space available, installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up well before leaving. The new furnace works great.
I couldn't be happier with Quality.

Green Air Care Group is the best when it comes to HVAC service, I don't wanna state many words here, however, this company is the master of their craft, given that they 'll inspect even other area need which you don't anticipate, recommended, thanks.

With a coupon from [redacted] I was expecting vacum and clean vents and 1 return. the song and dance was it had been too long since my return was cleaned so they couldn't do a proper job. they tried to plug in the regular vac. and it tripped my ground faults on the outlet.. they refused to try a different outlet..they told me I didn't have enough electrical power (yeah.. right.. spouse is an electrician.. try another one folks)..they informed me they needed to use the larger gas powered vac. minimum fee $500. the refunded me the coupon.. but I suspect this is a typical bait and switch... be wary.

I had this company come out to my house last week to clean the air ducts in my house. Even from the beginning when I first set my appointment they were very professional and was scheduled within a week. I was very impressed with their service and how well they explained to me what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. I needed to have a deeper cleaning and the price that was given to me was very reasonable. They made sure that everything worked properly before leaving my house. I would recommend this company to anyone who may need to have their vents cleaned in the future.

This was the first time that I ever had my air ducts cleaned, after purchasing a new home.  Yan and Dennis were quick and thorough in cleaning my 10 vents and furnace.  It took about 2.5 hours total and the furnace was the longest part because it was difficult to disassemble and reassemble.  The guys explained everything that they were doing, which was great.

The only problem that I had was that they turned on the fan, while cleaning the vents, which caused all kinds of debris to fly out, after I vacuumed and mopped the floors the previous day.  They could've used some type of filter to catch all that, but they did vacuum most of the visible debris afterwards.

I will definitely call Green Air Care, again, to clean my vents.  Hopefully, I will  get the same guys, as I was very happy with their service.
 

Company started off ok. Worked with me with a payment arrangement that I needed. The salesman was a little strong and told me some things I would receive which I didn't. Told me the company would file all rebates and they didn't. They were offering a free [redacted], which I didn't qualify for even though I bought the most expensive hvac. No problem. I was told they found another 150.00 rebate that I was going to receive and never got and now they say they never said anything about it. My carbon monoxide detector was at 11, called for them to look at, they lied and told me it was my hot water heater that was 2 years old and never had a cm reading but charged me 89.00 for a service call. They lie, and repeat the same information over and over and call YOU the liar. Have had it with this business and will continue with anyone else other than them.

The service I received was outstanding! The gentlemen who did the work was professional and respectful! I work from home and he was very attentive to my location in house and noise. He was on time! And explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable what he was doing. He left no mess at all! Great service!

As follow up to my review, I was contacted by a new member of this company who is now in charge of customer and public relations. He apologized for the service I received, and is refunding me the cost of the voucher I bought from [redacted] together with costs to repair my wall. My change in rating is for his customer service and for responding to my initial review. Thank you.

I had multiple options to choose from, but I am lucky that I went with this company. Technician was very professional and very nice! He found my wallet in one of the floor vents that I thought I lost long time ago! Thank you guys and I will recommend you to all of my friends. And special thanks to Erik for finding my wallet!
