Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 03/31. This is when she paid the initial $4.95 and this began her 14 day trial period to sample from her initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during her allotted trial period, Ms. [redacted] was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 04/15/14 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Her second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out to her 30 days later on 05/15/14.  Ms. [redacted] contacted our company on 05/19/14 with a request for cancellation. Her account was canceled as instructed and she was sent a confirmation email confirming her cancellation. We gave Ms. [redacted] 30 days between each billing to contact us to cancel the membership, and she failed to do so. As a courtesy, from our company, we will accept the May bottle back for a refund of $87.63. Refunds take 3 to 7 business days to process. Ms. [redacted] will receive email confirmation of the refund.

Ms. [redacted] contacted us through e-mail on 05/12/14 to verify that she had been charged a second time incorrectly. We requested the phone number she called from and located a record on 04/17/14 that she had indeed cancelled after her original trial. She had already paid for the first bottle at $87.63. Due to this information, we immediately issued the refund of $87.63 for the charge that had been applied on 05/10/14 incorrectly. All of this information was e-mailed to her as of 05/12/14 to confirm it had been done. The refund will take three to seven business days to process back completely.

Review: My wife ordered a trial size bottle of the Green Coffee Fat Burn and it was stated that she was only to be charged $4.99 on 1/24/14 and as she was awaiting the arrival of the product she noticed that she was now being charged $89.95 from the company. When she tried to call the Customer Service to try and cancel the order completely she was told no and would only received a 30% refund. She could barely understand the representative considering she was mumbling and did not pronounce the words loudly.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the whole amount that I was wrongly charged for due to the inaccurate advertising.

If it is in fact, Green Coffee Fat Burn that you ordered, please provide us with the exact name and address on the account. Review: I responded to an online add to try the Green Coffee Fat Burn product with a thirty day supply for just $ 4.95. That price was debited from my account. A couple of week later I notice a debit from my account that is described as recurring for $87.63. I did not authorize this repeat transaction. I contacted the company via email asking for a refund and stating that I did not authorize this charge. The response I received was that the website says that a customer will receive a thirty day trial for $4.95, and that at the end of 14 days if the customer does not call and cancel they will be charged $87.63 a month for the supplements. I responded that the only box I checked verified that I was 18 years of age or older. The next response was that by checking that box I authorized the the recurring charge. I twice asked for a refund and was not given a response to my request. There was nothing on this website stating the terms and conditions the was emailed after the fact. This charge caused several following transactions to cause my checking account to be negative.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, and this company should have to be more transparent in their advertising and terms and conditions of ordering their product. It would also be nice to have my NSF fees refunded.
