However, the charge of $87.63 declined on 4/9/14, 4/12/14 and 4/15/14. Our collections department then lowered the price to $47.32 and the customer was successfully billed for his/her 30 day supply on 5/2/14 as explained to him/her in the terms and conditions for which s/he agreed to. The customer contacted our company on 5/5/14 with a request for cancellation. His/Her account was canceled as instructed and s/he was sent a confirmation email confirming his/her cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the representative refunded $47.32. We have refunded the customer's account in the amount of $47.32 and a voicemail was left at the phone number we have on file to verify the refund was processing, as we value customer satisfaction. Although the customer ordered our product, s/he has been refunded fully in the amount of $47.32 on 5/5/14.

Review: On Sep. 29th, I saw an ad online about green coffee fat burn and I clicked it. It said I could get a free bottle by just paying for the 4.95 dollar shipping. So I bought one with my credit card. They already charge me 4.95 dollars in Sep. Today (Nov. 9) I checked my credit card account bill for Oct, I noticed that GREENCOFFEEFATBURN.COM charged me 87.63 dollars for nothing! I don't know what is that for and I demand refund.Desired Settlement: Refund 87.63 dollars to me and stop charging me from now on.

Review: I ordered the free trial of the product, and did not cancel in time so I was charged the initial amount of $87.63 on April 12, 2014. I proceeded to cancel after the initial charge, and was told my account was cancelled. Lo and behold, on May 12, 2014 I have been charged another $87.63. I did not authorize this additional charge and have received no additional product, which I did not want anyhow. I've contacted the company and am now having to jump through hoops to prove that I called. What, do I need to record my calls now?!?!? They've asked for my cell number so they can research their records. I guess I will need to do the same with my wireless carrier. Ms. [redacted] contacted us through e-mail on 05/12/14 to verify that she had been charged a second time incorrectly. We requested the phone number she called from and located a record on 04/17/14 that she had indeed cancelled after her original trial. She had already paid for the first bottle at $87.63. Due to this information, we immediately issued the refund of $87.63 for the charge that had been applied on 05/10/14 incorrectly. All of this information was e-mailed to her as of 05/12/14 to confirm it had been done. The refund will take three to seven business days to process back completely.

Review: I signed up for a free trial to receive one bottle of their green coffee bean fat burner. I only had to pay for shipping and upon receiving the product I saw that in fine print on the back of their business card it stated that I was to receive another bottle every 30 days and be charged $87.63 and that I only had 14 days to cancel the subscription. I did not like this at all and called to cancel the subscription. I explained to the customer service agent that I was not interested in receiving another bottle and he replied that it was too late and that I should've read the terms & conditions. He said another bottle has been charged and I told him that I was going to refuse the bottle and have it shipped back. He said I was not allowed to do that and that he didn't like my attitude so he wasn't going to help me. I do not know of any reputable company that would make a statement like that to a customer. It is obvious that this company is a group of scammers. I looked up their number online and found other similar complaints against this company.Desired Settlement: I want to refuse any shipments they send to me and a refund. Review: My daughter ordered the $4.95 trial for me, having read all the terms and conditions as best she could. No where did she see that she would have to cancel because we were being sent a 30 day supply, or that we were going to keep being billed automatically. However, when she DID find out, she came to this very website, where she found that many people had this exact same problem and were getting their money back.

When she called the company to sort this all out, not only did [redacted] (the man she was talking with) tell her that while one woman who was refunded everything after two months was a different case from someone asking for a refund after two weeks, he started to try to twist her words around and became incredibly rude to her, so much so that I could actually hear him over the phone. Once I took the phone from her to sort this out myself, he conveniently became calm and collected. I asked to speak to his supervisor several times, the first few times I was ignored, then was put on hold for 5 minutes for him just to come back and say he spoke to her for me. After asking again that I wanted to speak to her myself, I was put on hold for about 7 minutes.

The supervisor, [redacted], constantly interrupted me and was belittling throughout the whole conversation. She kept offering a 50% refund, which is NOT what I wanted. I even offered to send back the unused pills for the whole refund, but she was having none of that. She kept saying that I won't have an idea how well they work if I don't use them for 30 days, but I have to cancel in 14 days or else I'll be billed. What's the point of canceling in two weeks if I have to take them for 30 days to see any results? After about a 15 minute conversation that resulted in absolutely nothing, I hung up.

I received a cancellation email, as well as an email stating I got $44.00 of my dollars back, but that is NOT what I want. I want my whole $87.95 dollars back.

This company needs to make this "cancel after 14 days" a little more apparent. From the looks of it, many people have been fooled by this, and this is a horrible way to make their money.Desired Settlement: I want my whole refund, and if need be, I'll even send the unused pills back.

Review: I ordered a bottle of Green Coffee Burn Fat on 6/2/1014 for $4.95. I received the bottle. I checked my statement and saw there was a charge of $87.63. I called the company and asked what is this charge for. The representative said it was the monthly fee, I said I did not sign up for this. She said according to the terms and conditions that I had agreed to this. I told her to cancel this. She told me to send back the bottle and they would refund the money. I waited for a couple of days and called again to get my money. The representative said there was a hold on the account and wait for the money. I called today 9/24/2014 to see where was my money. The representative said they cannot issue a refund, they are not authorized to issue a refund. If they knew this in June, why wasn't it said in June when I called. I also told her according to your terms and conditions there would be a refund issued within the 14 days. The representative just repeated the same thing, that they cannot issue a refund. Review: I order a fourteen day trial from the company for a bottle that was advertised to be sold for a total of $4.95 for the trial. As a customer I assumed that the bottle was solely the fourteen day trial, and after I finished the bottle I could decide whether or not I liked the product. I was completely under the assumption that the bottle I was receiving was going to cost me what the company advertised as $4.95. The company does not make clear, however, that the bottle they send you is a month's worth supply of the product, and if you do not want to buy the whole bottle you must contact the company within that fourteen day trial period window. Two months after receiving the product in the mail, a charge shows up on my banking account for $87.63. I had no idea that this is how much a full bottle was going to cost, or let alone that the company would automatically go to my account and charge me that amount without any communication to me as the customer whatsoever. When I called the company I told them that I had not even used the whole bottle, maybe ten out of the thirty pills, but they told me that there was nothing they could do because I was calling past the time I could return the bottle to end my 14 day trial. I would not have even known to call them, however, because they billed me two months after my fourteen day trial had ended!

This is a sneaky, horrible way to do business, and the company does not communicate their plan with the fourteen day trial at all. They want you to miss the return date, so they can bill you for the whole bottle.Desired Settlement: I am very poor as it is, and if I had known that I had to call in to end the trial, I would have done so immediately. I don't have the money to afford nearly one hundred dollars for a product that I really don't need. I think it is very unethical to not communicate with your customers what the bottle actually costs explicitly, and I can't imagine that your customer satisfaction is where the company wants it to be if they are screwing people over like this. I would like to be refunded my money, especially because the company billed me two months after the fourteen day trial period. I had no idea.

Per this directive, she should have only consumed 42 capsules of the 60 capsules issued to her by the end of her 21-day trial, which is set to expire as of 5/2/14. At this time she has only been billed $4.95 as she is still within her trial period. In the terms and conditions that she agreed to when she placed the order, it verified that she would be required to return the remainder for the full cancellation, to ensure she would not be billed. Review: The produce was a combined trial with Garcina Combogia Slimfast product. The trail was for 14 days in which by the 10th day there were no results and I was very unhappy with the product. The offer claimed that for only a $4.95 "shipping and handling fee" you could have a 30 day free trial of the product. After the 14 day trial period if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service or emailing support@ GreenCoffeeFatBurn.com. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on greencoffeefatburn.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on greencoffeefatburn.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" two times before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information as well as sent out with the product.
