Review: I recently signed up for a trial bottle of the product Green Coffee Fat Burn for the advertised price of 4.95. After using the product for 5 days, I experienced dizziness and intense headaches. I stopped using the product and my symptoms went away. I did not order any more products from this company. Therefore, I was alarmed to discover an additional charge of 87.63 on my debit card a couple days ago. I was even more upset that after calling the company's customer service department, that I was also going to be charged for an additional membership to an online weight loss website that I did not use or want a subscription to. None of this was what the company advertised or mentioned on the webpages I followed to sign up for the product. The customer service supervisor would only discuss refunding my money after I mentioned that I wanted to dispute this charge through my bank. Then she offered to give me 60% discount.

This company needs to have the terms and conditions CLEARLY presented, on the same page as the product, so the customer knows what they are signing up for. This is a very deceitful and unethical way to run a business. I feel like something was stolen from me.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of my full refund, 34.95, credited back to my bank account. I would like Green Coffee Fat Burn to start treating their customers correctly and run a better business by either following through on advertised prices OR, moving their terms and conditions to a location on their website that consumers can ACTUALLY see.

A customer is offered a trial period of 14-days from a 30-day product supply. The customer has to agree to the terms and conditions twice before placing the order, and they are visible on the first two screens while placing the order. After this, the customer is sent an e-mail confirmation to verify: 14-day Trial of a 30-day Product Supply. After 14-days the charge of $87.63 is applied as per the terms and conditions, and the monthly membership is continued until the customer chooses to cancel. Ms. [redacted] ordered the product originally on 10/01/13 and was charged on 10/16/13 for $87.63. She e-mailed the company at [email protected] on 10/22/13 to cancel, when our phone number is available on our packaging, website, and product for further assistance. She was immediately sent an e-mail confirmation to verify she had been cancelled from all further billing and shipping. She then called in to customer service and requested a supervisor where she was offered the 60% discounted rate, and agreed to it in the phone recorded call. We have refunded the remainder of the amount due to this complaint at $34.95, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis attached to every package. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Review: My checking account has been charged on 10/10/2013 and 12/11/2013 for a product or service that I did not order or receive. The first time the charge of $87.53 appeared on my account, I called the bank and questioned the charge. A claim was filed but later denied as this company has stated that it had permission to place this charge. The bank was not able to give me the name of the company that made this charge, as all that was showing was La Jolla CA, with no name or phone number. I cancelled my debit card and the bank reissued me another card. However, yet again this company charged my account 12/11/2013 for another $87.63. This is a fraudulent charge and this is not a product or service I would ever use or purchase. The bank has researched the charges and have given me the name and phone number of the company, but states that because the company is claiming that I signed up for a subscription, I will need to cancel. I have not information, account number or emails for this company, as this is not a product that I ordered. I have since closed my bank account, but these are fraudulent charges. The total of the charges are (10/10 - $87.63 +$4.95) 12/11 - $87.63 + $4.95) for a total of $185.16.Desired Settlement: I would like all charges refunded to me in total of $185.16.

Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 9/23/13. This is when she paid the initial $4.95 and this began her 14 day trial period to sample from her initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during his allotted trial period, Ms. [redacted] was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 10/8/13 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. We received a response from her bank verifying that the charge was in dispute, and so the account was closed as of 10/31/13. During a dispute process, the bank will initially refund the charge. The billing Ms. [redacted] is seeing as of 12/12/13 is her bank recharging her when she lost the dispute, as she verified in her initial complaint. We have only billed her the one charge of $87.63 and the one charge of $4.95. Typically, when a bank places a charge under dispute, it is no longer refundable. However, since we value customer service, today we have made an exception and credited her in full for the $92.58 billed to her by our company.

The bank indicates that perhaps someone used the card, or got the number - but no product was received or any email or indication that I purchased this product.

Also, with what I read about this business with providing a Free Trial and then requiring a consumer to call and cancel or the product is billed is incredibly deceptive marketing and should not be tolerated in the marketplace. It sounds like a scam . In addition, this company should HAVE to provide full disclosure to banks of the name of the company, phone number and address, and make it clear on a customers bank statement. The amount of time that it took to hunt down who the company was that charged this amount took several months and calls to the bank customer service. To me, this seems an incredibly deceptive marketing practice.

Review: I responded to the business's ad for a free bottle of the product with only shipping and handling charges advertised only to find that I had unknowingly been deceptively lured by the pages of 'fine print terms' into an ongoing subscription for a monthly supply of the product at an exorbident monthly cost of $87.63. I did not agree to such a transaction. There was no mention of such an obligation in the face terms of the ad. I contacted the company to cancel the 'subscription' and was told that they would cancel the 'subscription', but not refund the $87.63 charge. At this time they also informed me that an additional (second) bottle of the product was mailed to me at an additional charge and provided a USPS delivery comfirmation number that supposedly confirmed delivery. I have not received any second bottle of the product and want to cancel the entire transaction and receive a full refund to my credit card of all charges. I have the one sealed and unopened initial bottle of product that I received along with the original packaging which I want to return, but the representative refused to even consider that offer. This is clearly fraudulent misrepresentation and I will initiate a dispute to reverse the charges through my credit card company. Please assist me in any way possible. I have not filed a Revdex.com complaint before and appreciate any help you can provide. I've reviewed many other similar complaints online and see that I am clearly not alone as a victim of this deceptive business practice. Mr. [redacted] placed his order on 03/03/14. This is when he paid the initial $4.95 and this began his 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, Mr. [redacted] was automatically billed for his 30 day supply on 03/18/14 as explained to him in the terms and conditions for which he agreed to. His second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out to him 30 days later on 04/17/14 as per the terms and conditions of the order. Mr. [redacted] contacted our company on 05/02/14 with a request for cancellation. His account was canceled as instructed and he was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. During the call, the representative verified the necessary information for the account and the second shipment of the product. We have provided the tracking number for verification: [redacted]. UPS shows a delivery confirmation on 04/23 for this item. As we are fully invested in customer service, we have refunded Mr. [redacted] account in the amount of $175.26 as we value customer satisfaction. Although the consumer ordered our product, we have issued all charges back onto his account.

Review: I purchased their product with a free trial and I had some billing issues I wanted to talk to them about, due to false advertisement of the price and being charged sooner than expected. My husband called first to cancel any further possibilities of being charged for anything beyond what I had signed up for through the trial offer. I told them I seen an offer online to try the product for $8.65 (Which I knew the price for them was $47.99 so that's the price I was expecting to pay). Mrs. [redacted] then called back later that day to speak with a representative. We have listened to the call, and greatly apologize for any mistreatment. Based on the nature of the call and the experience the consumer had, we have refunded the full charge of $87.63 for the original product she received. She will received an e-mail confirmation to ensure she has been cancelled and refunded.

Review: My daughter ordered a free trial of this weight loss product. She used my debit card. She did not call to cancel and we were billed for one shipment, I understand that. But no shipment was ever received. She then called to cancel, had to leave a message. My card has now been billed a second time. She had called again and had to leave a message and no one ever called back. Still no product was received. I have called and left a message concerning this. And advised I was reporting them to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want them to credit my card the second 87.63 that was charge to it. Two weeks later, my husband's debit card which I used to buy to product, was charged an additional $84 by GreenCoffeeFatBurn. I did not consent to this charge and there was never an agreement to a following payment. I attempted to email the business with no results. A few days ago, again we were charged another $84. It seems that at the beginning of each month we are being charged.
