Review: On or about 1 August 2014, I was reviewing my billing statement when I noticed an unauthorized charge. I contacted Green Mango right away to let them know there seems to be a problem with my account and I was charged for a service I did not recieve. The lady I spoke with told me they had sent a technician to my home the day prior.and he had sprade the outside of my home. I let her know I had not requested to show up on that date. ( Although I still needed.the to come.next week when I had the money) I havent even scheduled a visit with them yet and I could not afford for.them to do that. She said they attempted to contact me and there will be no refund. I let her know I had just changed.my number.at the beginning of the month and she told me its not there responsibly to ensure they have the right.number.on file. Someone else must have recieved ther messeage and it sounded like.a personal problem. She tried to say that thats how they have always done it. If they dont contact u they just show up even if your not home to supervise this supposed treatment they give. I have been with this company for almost three years and I have never had them just charge me like that before. They just wouldnt budge. I have never had them so this to me before and I feel like I just got bullied into a treatment with them. $60 really isnt alot of money for some, but for my family it is. I trt very hard to keep my family budgeted, we are a family of seven on one income.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back please.

In the event that you are dissatisfied we will try our hardest to rectify your concerns. Unfortunately, that can not be achieved if you refuse to communicate with the office staff. We have tried numerous times to contract the customer in regards to her complaints regarding service and have documented every instance. As discussed, her account has not changed in the two years the customer has had service.
