We have helped over 500,000 people over the years to obtain their birth certificate.  Sorry you called twice and we did not answer.  We have 18 employees and it is impossible to answer every call we get.Your $49 service fee was refunded today 7-20-15Usbirthcertificate.com

Regards, this is not why I filed the complaint I filed the complaint because your website is a total lie because you can not provide birth certificates. You charged me 49 dollars to just turn around and order it through vital check which are the only company that can obtain those documents. Vital check in turned charged me their normal fees of 30 dollars and your so called help desk hanging up on me 3 times in a row when I questioned your company. Your company is nothing but a sham that charges people for documentation that you can not by law legally obtain.

This I understand. U.S. Birth CERTIFICATE charged me 49.00 and vitalchek charged me 44 and change. If U.S.  were to obtain my Birth certificate why am I being charged by vitalchek?  my husband paid vitalchek without the middle man which is U.S. Birth certificate. I was charged an unnecessary fee by U.S. Birth certificate and I am getting it a week after my husband got his delivered. I only went through the website because they promised quicker time according to the information no their site. I am disputing the double charge an unnecessary one that was misleading. I have no complaints about vitalchek. I could have done that myself. My issue is with U.S. Birth certificate ripping me off. They have an F rating with Revdex.com. This company is also being looked into by the fraud department with my credit card company. I just want my money and I'll go away but I will not give a site money for something they didn't provide. And they didn't provide my birth certificate another company did. What did U.S. Birth certificate do that they would charge 49.00 for?  my husband and I will travel to Miami to get our passports. We can get them I'm 24 hours there so I am not interested in the service for the passport from U.S. Birth certificate. That too is an unnecessary charge. So I'm disputing the service as a whole. They aren't providing anything that saved me time like their site says. There is no way of getting in touch with them other than a phone number and I called twice and got a recording both times.
