You came to our website, filled out the order form and agreed to our terms of service.  We clearly state what we do and what we charge.  Not really sure what you are getting at but it seems you just aren't happy with our service.  We have helped over 500,000 people get their birth certificates over the years and in that time we realize not every single person will be happy no matter what we do.  This seems to be one of those instances.  I'm sorry you aren't happy.  We consider this case closed.Usbirthcertificate.com

The refund stated was never provided and action had to be made at my bank. As well I've tried contacting during business hours repeatedly with no one to answer or call me back to resolve this issue. There for I believe this site to be a fraud and highly unsatisfactory.

Order government issued certified birth certificates instantly from your computer.Statements like this are very misleading to anyone let alone a disabled individual with PTSD.This statement is at the very top of the homepage and it is only in the small print that your website list those items that were listed in the initial company response.  This is why it is so misleading to anyone that uses your website because the site leads one to believe just this 
"Order government issued certified birth certificates instantly from your computer."I would like a refund and this is the only response that is acceptable by your customer.If you do not wish to refund in order to keep an ethical and professional business front, then that is your choice but I am not happy with this resolve since I do not consider it a resolve.

Your order was processed a little quicker than usual (sorry for that).  We have a person that takes your information into the State of Texas Department of Vital Records and physically picks up your birth certificate.  It has already been shipped by Fedex tracking number [redacted]....

I've spoken with my creditors and they've explained to me that there is no sign of a refund on their end. They've also explained that it only takes up to 3 business days to receive the notice.

On 7-16-15 we faxed the exact same information we send for every chargeback to your credit card/bank.  You will need to find out what more they will exactly need.  In 18 years this is the first time I have ever heard we didn't send enough info.We accepted your chargeback which means we authorized the funds to go back to you (by us just saying we accept the Chargeback I can't think of what else they would need even though we send a bunch of other info).  If it is a debit card SOMETIMES the credit takes a long time to show back up.Usbirthcertificate.com
