This company is full of lies and deceptionI received several calls from a female sales representative hounding me to purchase a ink cartridge that lasts longer and I would receive a free cartridge for trying the initial one I explained to her that we are a small non-profit agency and that I have a printer in my office that is only used occasionally (as we have a large copier for everyday use)I told her I typically use one cartridge per year and I did not want to be obligated to purchase anymore cartridges unless I placed an orderShe assured me that I would only receive another cartridge if I ordered it I then said to her you understand that most likely I would only be purchasing one cartridge per year She said yes no problemThe two cartridges arrived in the mail Almost immediately I received a call from their billing department asking when they could expect paymentI sent payment outThe a couple of weeks later another package arrived from them I did not open it because I still hadn't used either of the first two cartridges they sentI got a call from the billing department about a week later asking when I was going to pay the bill I told them I did not order the ink cartridge and explain what I was told by the sales personThey said they would notify the sales department and the customer service department to let them know I did not want cartridges sent to meI was off work for two weeks subsequent to that callA very insistent and rude guy kept calling the agency asking when I was going to pay the second invoiceHe kept calling despite being told I was off of workI called him back when I returned and told him that I did not order the second cartridge and was not going to pay for itI wanted to return it and that the company was a total shamI was transferred to the customer service department at which time I repeated the whole story to himInitially he wanted to give me a discount and I said absolutely notI want to be removed from your list and I would be returning the unopened boxHe said he would send Fed Ex to pick up the box This company is awful and lies about everything

On a cold call, I agreed to their promotional offer as I was looking for better prices on inkOn a follcall, I was told I agreed to buy the remainder of a case of cartridges, which I did notI agreed only to try their cartridgesOn the next follow-up, the employee pushed me again and even continued talking while I was trying to talkthey have a lousy business planDon't buy from them

This company is the WORSTThey start you off with a "promotional" order and then inundate you with pressure-filled sales calls saying they "have to break even" and "let me just send out your next order to fulfill your promotion"It's a total scam

This company's customer service needs a turorial on customer service and professionalism I was told that I was not one of the business owners and then asked who was my supervisor? This was over the black ink cartridges that did not work in our office printer (wrong items sent) When I would not stop taking care of a customer to go and get a tracking # from almost weeksago on the return items I have spoke with ladies with the company and they were very nice and professionalThe male that called today in collections for something we do not have, could not use and returned needs to be FIRED for his words and actons this morning Do to the blatant disrepect this he was told do not call our business again and he called back again twice! We would not refer/recommend this company's business to anyone with CSR's like this

I am the Parish Administrator for a church in Manhattan I received a phone call from one of GreenTech's representatives, saying that I could purchase toner cartridges for our HP printers at a reduced cost than I could find elsewhere The pitch was very high pressure, but I was checking out the figures online as I was speaking to the person, and the prices were less than I would get from our usual supplier, so I agreed to accept a shipment of cartridges on a trial basis - if we did not like them, we could return them within at no cost These cartridges are used by our clergy on their individual machines and at the point I received the cartridges, it was doubtful that they would be used within the day trial period, so when I received the invoice for them, I paid it Today, I get a phone call from ***, who thanked me for my business and for my payment, and then said he would send the rest of my shipment out to me He explained they were a bulk supplier, and broke up a carton of cartridges to send me the trial ones I responded by saying that at no point during my conversation with the salesman was this "fact" conveyed to me He asked when he could ship the remainder, and I said that we had not yet used the shipment we received, so if we were satisfied with them, I would let him know what we needed and when He then said that the company did not warehouse them, but would "put a note" on my account that I would let them know when to ship the remainder ***'s tone during the whole conversation was arrogant and he kept trying to turn the blame for this "miscommunication" on me; that I had not let the salesman explain all the details of the transaction and so onI said that there was no "miscommunication;" I was never told the business was a bulk supplier, I was never told there would be any kind of commitment to purchase anything else In fact I was told this was an office supply company much like Staples and was given a discount on purchases of other office supplies This is clearly a scam -- ***'s arrogant tone and his attempt to turn the conversation around to put the blame on me is an insult to my intelligence, and certainly not a way to do business in an open and forthright way I will not do any further business with Greentech, and will recommend to my colleagues that they do the same

Company shipped us and billed us for products we did not want Sales rep called with an offer for a "free trail or printer ink." Tons of ink showed up at our store and we tried to return it but were told we could not We were billed about $for ink we did not want and does not even workWe just want to return it all for a full refund

This business is a ripoff They will tell you that this is your last shipment of product and then call again telling you that you agreed to more Never buy anything from them!

Greentech imaging is trying to force our business to buy over $worth of product which we did not agree on purchasing Our practice first purchased a "trial" toner cartridge for our copy machine in January from Greentech The toner cartridge was $including tax and shipping Since that time, we have answered multiple calls from Greentech stating we had a "verbal" agreement to purchase over $worth of product This is absolutely and the sales people have been overly pushy and blatantly rude Today we were told we needed to purchase an additional cartridges to the amount of $ We told the sales person we would be reporting them to the Revdex.com

item trial purchase, with zero obligation I paid for it They call me saying the trial was for a split shipment of items and I'm obligated Solicited me offering a trial purchase on printer ink I agreed to ink cartridges We don't use that much ink Paid for it, because we needed ink They have now called twice and said that in order to get the price I got, I needed to order the other cartridges I told them again I don't use that much I told them to cancel the order, both times They said they couldn't cancel the order I told them not to send it or charge my card and that we were done Not once did they ever mention a item order This is very misleading

They said I agreed to purchase some obscene amount of ink that I never did and if I didn't continue it I would get charged a crazy amount for it
My complaint is similar to others I agreed to try their ink out and when I agreed to keep it because it sounded like a good deal, I didn't realize that I was agreeing to by some crazy amount of ink that my small business would never need Each time I thought I was finished they would call again and harass me about my next shipment They would act like they were doing me a favor by decreasing the order or splitting into smaller payments When I would say I didn't need any then I would get threatened with a large bill to cover what I already bought and that I was only getting the "cheaper" price because it was a quantity discount They said I was done and then called me again a few months later and said there was "one more shipment" I just called back and complained and told them I didn't want to be in the program anymore and she said

All the negative reviews are correct This is a terrible company; deceit and lies Even though we've declined purchasing more product than the introductory "trial", we receive more than calls per day attempting to pressure us into purchase more

I received a call from a GreenTech representative stating that they had an amazing deal on toner that they wanted to share with my company I listened to the man and he said toners for the price of $--- Even though I knew it was a little expensive, I still said okay Then I receive a call about a month later stating we have to purchase TEN more toner cartridges to fulfill our agreement I told the woman I never signed a contract and was told that all I had to buy was She said nope, you have a verbal contract and I am sending out the other We received them and I sent them right back, Return to Sender I received a call about a week later from the original rep stating that his boss was upset about the "deal" he gave me and had to fulfill the original toners In my mind, I'm thinking another FIVE Nope, another So it was what it was until it came time to pay Net days?? Who has ever heard of this?! They have harassed me daily looking for payment, I get a letter in the mail everyday stating they are going to start a collections process When explaining to the man who keeps calling, same voice, different name every time, that we go through the Hospital for billing, he tells me "well just pay with a Credit Card now and get the money back later" Are you kidding I told him I would try and find out when the checks were going out through the AR Department, he said he would hold I told him I wasn't dealing with a small company, I was dealing with a large hospital with thousands of accounts, it will take more than minutes to find this outHe called me back every minutes for the rest of the day looking for his answer When I finally told him the checks were going out at the end of the week he said okay, I'll call in a few days and see if you have a better timeline Again, are you kidding! The original Rep was very nice and everything you would expect The billing department and the other reps that take over after you've gone through the first one are horrible I would not recommend them to my worst enemy They are pushy, belligerent and just plain mean
