Deceptive sales practices
In late I received a call from a sales person from this company, I was told of a discounted price for toners but I had to buy tonersI told her I was a small business and couldn't use nor afford that many toners I was told that I couldn't afford to buy 6, I was told that I could pay during my busy season which is from January thru April I received the toners and then started to get phone calls about paying my bill, afterwhich I returned all the toners I continued to get sales calls, I was in need of a toner so I placed the order for the toners, to be disbursed a toner or two at a time I received and paid for all toners I later received a phone call that I had to buy toners and only bought 6,I explained what I was told and that I never received any documentation saying that I was required to buy more toners At that time I was told if I bought more toner and some office supplies my requirement would be fulfilled and the phone calls

Greentech imaging is trying to force our business to buy over $worth of product which we did not agree on purchasing
Our practice first purchased a "trial" toner cartridge for our copy machine in January from Greentech The toner cartridge was $including tax and shipping Since that time, we have answered multiple calls from Greentech stating we had a "verbal" agreement to purchase over $worth of product This is absolutely and the sales people have been overly pushy and blatantly rude Today we were told we needed to purchase an additional cartridges to the amount of $ We told the sales person we would be reporting them to the Revdex.com

Talk about harassment! They always start the call by saying they are sending us gift cards for our previous purchases to suck you in, and then they say "and we have more ink cartridges ready to ship out to you, we just need to verify the address." I have told them several times that we don't need more cartridges for several years because they have sent us so many, and if they send more I will not pay for themLike the previous reviews said, they make you feel obligated because they already ordered them for youI fell for it a couple of times, but I never signed a contract so they can't force me into anythingAnd they never actually sent the gift cards we were promised when we did pay for the previous cartridgesI don't like confrontation, but they keep calling after I have told several different people at the company we never want to do business with them againI have been very up front and yelled at multiple people and EVERY TIME they say I should have let them know sooner before they ordered the cartridges that I NEVER ASKED FOR! And when you try to call them back, their phones don't workDon't fall into their trap because it is not worth the headache and time wasted telling them the same thing over and overNext time they call, I am getting an attorney involved because they are harassing me

We had the same exact thing happen at our chiropractic office where they offered us at a discounted price and then called a couple weeks later about sending the restWe are a small business with employees and do not go through even cartridges a yearWe looked up the priced and they aren't even close to be a good dealThey are definitely scammers and badger you and call nonstopVery unprofessional and I would be ashamed if I was affiliated with this business

Made me buy more than I needed, I told them that I was a small business and he made me think I was buying and now I have a case of and about more in my supply cabinet That was after they allowed me to return I am going to enough toner to last me for years and I am hoping that my printer last that long

*** (female) from Green Tech Imaging called and offered a high yield toner for my printerAs, I was running dry, I agreed to try it outI didn't get a chance to return it within their return policy of days (which was my fault) so I called negotiated the price down to $with them (from $100)They will unwilling at first, but I pointed out that the average market value is $for the high yield toner and they agreedSo right here I don't have a problemI mean it's a huge profit margin their getting when they double the fair market value of an item, but there's nothing illegal about that
What I do have a problem with, is the fact that they called today (a month later) trying to jam me up for more toners, saying that I only got the discount because I agreed to buy bulk with themTHIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!! I never agreed to that! They then dropped the claim that I agreed to it and said that that's the only reason they gave me a discount
Why they gave me a discount is not my problemI never signed a contract with them or even verbally made a contractI take pride in being honest and fair in my businessI pay my bills on timeI pay my associates wages far above minimum and always do my best to take care of all my obligationsBut they seem to think that I can be bullied into a scam because I have business ethicsThey have another thing coming if they think they can scam meAnd what confuses me, is that on Feb 16, a notice to dissolve the business was filed with the secretary of stateSo how are they still legally operating?

Cold called the office and offered boxes of pens, highlighters and sticky notes to tryIf we did not like these we were to call so we can send them back, If we liked the product we will be billed for itWe are a small business and then were called and told that we agreed to buying the rest of the case becuase we paid for the first shipmentWe now are being called again and told we have to purchase even more productThis company is a sham and we will not pay them another dime

This company is a SCAMThey cold call you and offer you a "good deal" on high capacity ink cartridgesAfter you receive and pay for their promotional offer, they call you back up and tell you that you actually committed to buying a year's supplyWithout the promotional offer, the cartridges are considerably more expensive than buying them from *** or *** and as far as I can tell they are of no better qualityOh, and they will hound you daily for paymentMy experience is the same as those detailed in the complaints, but I don't have time to bother we making a complaintThese guys SUCKGet your ink from someone else

I experienced the same as everyone else They cold call and ask to send some ink If you like it you pay, if not send it back no questions asked Seems fair enough Then they send you more ink And then more They'll tell you that you received discounted pricing and are obligated to purchase the additional ink that they will jam down your throat If you get stuck dealing with this company, just remember that Federal Law prohibits the sending of unordered merchandise and demand for payment If they send you ink that you didn't want and didn't order, you can keep it as a free gift Don't let these is intimidate you

I received a call about an overdue invoice for product our church never received *** called several times and was very demanding and said it was delivered to one of our employees personal addresses and they have constantly called this employee's personal cell phone No matter how many times the number is blocked, they use other numbers to call from and only leave the XXX XXX XXXX number to call in *** was very belligerent to me on the phone and although we've never done business with them, he told me he looked up our number online and has not stopped calling or faxing "invoices" for product never received Very hateful to me on the phone I would never use this company for anything after this experience to me and the harassment to one of our employees that has been going on for almost months now

DO NOT deal with this companyThey sent the wrong product AND it was counterfeit, Then they tried to sell me the product at a discounted rate! BEWARE! They claimed they are sending Fback out to retrieve the package, we'll seeUNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES give this company your credit card number!

This company is terrible I thought I was ordering printer cartridges for my printer at what seemed to be a reasonable price The guy I worked with was Brad Never was I told that after having those I would need to buy the whole package of 12....mind you we are a small business and I was ordering for a printer that is only used by one person so to go through would take years I was very angry and said I would have never taken the first if I knew I had to take 12, he said to bad I had to pay now since I accepted the first The only nice thing was the billing department did work with me in getting them paid off as we are a small business and buying printer cartridges was way outside of our budget
Then Brad continues to badger me with phone calls from all different area codes because I block his number because I told him I want nothing to do with Greentech
The latest call he called from a local number which is weird because I know they are not local, but I told him our printer had broken and we had to get a new one He says he can do the exchange of the ink He looks up the new ink and it would be just a few hundred dollars to do the replacement?!?!
I would be happy to never talk to these scammers again, but of course Brad will probably call again from a new phone number and somehow get through to me

I am the Parish Administrator for a church in Manhattan I received a phone call from one of GreenTech's representatives, saying that I could purchase toner cartridges for our HP printers at a reduced cost than I could find elsewhere The pitch was very high pressure, but I was checking out the figures online as I was speaking to the person, and the prices were less than I would get from our usual supplier, so I agreed to accept a shipment of cartridges on a trial basis - if we did not like them, we could return them within at no cost These cartridges are used by our clergy on their individual machines and at the point I received the cartridges, it was doubtful that they would be used within the day trial period, so when I received the invoice for them, I paid it
Today, I get a phone call from ***, who thanked me for my business and for my payment, and then said he would send the rest of my shipment out to me He explained they were a bulk supplier, and broke up a carton of cartridges to send me the trial ones I responded by saying that at no point during my conversation with the salesman was this "fact" conveyed to me He asked when he could ship the remainder, and I said that we had not yet used the shipment we received, so if we were satisfied with them, I would let him know what we needed and when He then said that the company did not warehouse them, but would "put a note" on my account that I would let them know when to ship the remainder
***'s tone during the whole conversation was arrogant and he kept trying to turn the blame for this "miscommunication" on me; that I had not let the salesman explain all the details of the transaction and so onI said that there was no "miscommunication;" I was never told the business was a bulk supplier, I was never told there would be any kind of commitment to purchase anything else In fact I was told this was an office supply company much like Staples and was given a discount on purchases of other office supplies
This is clearly a scam -- ***'s arrogant tone and his attempt to turn the conversation around to put the blame on me is an insult to my intelligence, and certainly not a way to do business in an open and forthright way I will not do any further business with Greentech, and will recommend to my colleagues that they do the same

I ordered some ink from these people, and now they keep calling saying I have to buy more, because I got the discounted rateI now have enough ink for about two more years, and they keep calling saying I have to purchase more

I was contacted by the company and informed of a buy get one free on ink I needed for my office printerI was told that if I did not like the ink I could ship the two back, keep the free cartridge, and I would not have to pay the billI received the ink, and it worked greatI paid the bill for the buy 2, get free promotionI was called and thanked for my payment and then informed that I was under an obligation (which I was never informed of or agreed to) to buy or more cartridgesWhen I told them this, they said there had been some kind of miscommunication, but I was in fact obligatedI refused at first but was then told that I could place the order for cartridges for a new printer that we had just gottenI placed that order (with the explicit understanding that this would fulfill any obligation), received it, and paid for itI received a call today informing me that I was now obligated to buy a boxNo how, no wayAfter stating my displeasure and unwillingness to pay for any additional product, the representative told me he would ship it out in a few monthsI told him that anything he sent would not be paid forI am assuming that they do not record phone calls as I have never heard any sort of disclosure message (and I know this is the law in most areas)I wish they did because it would work in my favor in proving that there was absolutely no agreement made (verbal or otherwise) to buy more than the product agreed on at the time of shipmentOn the contrary, I actually asked at the time of my first order if there was any commitment to further business, and I was told there was notI don't know how this company is still in businessIt is not only downright unethical but criminal

Company shipped us and billed us for products we did not want
Sales rep called with an offer for a "free trail or printer ink." Tons of ink showed up at our store and we tried to return it but were told we could not We were billed about $for ink we did not want and does not even workWe just want to return it all for a full refund

This company is full of lies and deceptionI received several calls from a female sales representative hounding me to purchase a ink cartridge that lasts longer and I would receive a free cartridge for trying the initial one I explained to her that we are a small non-profit agency and that I have a printer in my office that is only used occasionally (as we have a large copier for everyday use)I told her I typically use one cartridge per year and I did not want to be obligated to purchase anymore cartridges unless I placed an orderShe assured me that I would only receive another cartridge if I ordered it I then said to her you understand that most likely I would only be purchasing one cartridge per year She said yes no problemThe two cartridges arrived in the mail Almost immediately I received a call from their billing department asking when they could expect paymentI sent payment outThe a couple of weeks later another package arrived from them I did not open it because I still hadn't used either of the first two cartridges they sentI got a call from the billing department about a week later asking when I was going to pay the bill I told them I did not order the ink cartridge and explain what I was told by the sales personThey said they would notify the sales department and the customer service department to let them know I did not want cartridges sent to meI was off work for two weeks subsequent to that callA very insistent and rude guy kept calling the agency asking when I was going to pay the second invoiceHe kept calling despite being told I was off of workI called him back when I returned and told him that I did not order the second cartridge and was not going to pay for itI wanted to return it and that the company was a total shamI was transferred to the customer service department at which time I repeated the whole story to himInitially he wanted to give me a discount and I said absolutely notI want to be removed from your list and I would be returning the unopened boxHe said he would send Fed Ex to pick up the box
This company is awful and lies about everything

This company is horrible I never knew I had "agreed" to have printer ink in bulk I thought I was only getting a trial for their products when it turns out every month they call and want to send another shipment The last one I received I asked them if this was the last one and they said yes and then today I get another call wanting to deliver another shipment that I don't need And their exchange for ink if you get another printerHa good luck with that There is another $to exchange the old for the new This company is nothing but a scam I have been fighting with them for almost a year nowWhy is this company still in business? I wish I would have looked them up first They are targeting small businesses for thousands of $$$

When you google a company name and the entire first page is nothing but complaints, you know you've got a problem Some lady called me trying to sell ink cartridgesReally pushy about sending them out to meThe price for my printer was actually way more expensive than AmazonSo, they weren't enticing me with the price She went on about the capacity, blah blah blah I honestly want to switch to a laser printer Asked her about it and she said they don't sell printersI went on the explain why and I'm pretty sure she just ended the callHilarious Glad I didn't let her send anything to me!!

This company asked me to do a trial and then ended up telling me I had to buy ink cartridgesNo one should do business of any kind with this company unless you like being lied to and usedEvery body needs to know how this company does business
