This company is the WORST. They start you off with a "promotional" order and then inundate you with pressure-filled sales calls saying they "have to break even" and "let me just send out your next order to fulfill your promotion". It's a total scam.

Like everyone else, I got a cold call from the company, offering me discounted toner cartridges. They offered a trial product, which I paid for, and are now saying that I must pay for 5 additional ink toners to "complete the set." I told the rep that this was never explained to me, and she just basically shrugged it off, saying "well, I don't know where the confusion is, but you agreed to this." She did offer to cancel most of the order, but said that "in order to break even," she had to charge us for at least one more cartridge (we're a small business and don't need/can't afford another one at this time). I asked for something in writing to prove that I had "agreed" but she refused. Complete scam.

This company's customer service needs a turorial on customer service and professionalism. I was told that I was not one of the business owners and then asked who was my supervisor? This was over the 3 black ink cartridges that did not work in our office printer (wrong items sent). When I would not stop taking care of a customer to go and get a tracking # from almost 2 weeksago on the return items. I have spoke with 2 ladies with the company and they were very nice and professional. The male that called today in collections for something we do not have, could not use and returned needs to be FIRED for his words and actons this morning. Do to the blatant disrepect this he was told do not call our business again and he called back again twice! We would not refer/recommend this company's business to anyone with CSR's like this.

This business is a ripoff. They will tell you that this is your last shipment of product and then call again telling you that you agreed to more. Never buy anything from them!

On a cold call, I agreed to their promotional offer as I was looking for better prices on ink. On a follow-up call, I was told I agreed to buy the remainder of a case of 12 cartridges, which I did not. I agreed only to try their cartridges. On the next follow-up, the employee pushed me again and even continued talking while I was trying to talk. they have a lousy business plan. Don't buy from them.
