After two months of not doing your job, completely ignoring the written obligations and lying to your customer you simply inform me that the registration will be finally mailed? Why so suddenly? Did it happen, by any chance, because I wrote a complaint to the Attorney General office and other consumer protection institutions?During the last two months, different employees of this dealership reassured me so many times that the registration "will be mailed", "already was mailed" and so on, that, firstly, I have the full right not to trust this responseSecondly, at this point you owe me $for the registration transfer which was not completed on time + $fee for the copy of the registration I had to get from the RI DMVAnd, lastly, I want a formal apology letter signed by Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] to be mailed into my name.As you can see, these are not extreme demands: I am not asking neither to be reimbursed for the time wasted for unanswered phone calls and coming to Grieco in person, nor for any explanation of why such employees as the above-names salesperson and some others are still holding their positions at that dealership Regards, [redacted]

I told the sales people a million times that I was a travel nurse, done with my assignment in RI and was heading to CA next on business I had nurse managers FROM California calling me WHILE I was in Metro Honda and I had to wave the young sales guy away because he kept interrupting me while I was doing a phone interview And I told him that too I had NO interests or plans of becoming a RI resident; I was there on business!! I HAVE to change my auto insurance to fit the city and state I work in for the months I'm there to work otherwise my insurance carrier said I'm not covered! Metro Honda was given my COLORADO DRIVER'S LICENSE AND COLORADO HOME ADDRESS TO RUN MY CREDIT CHECK So why the hell would they try to register my car in RI?! They're an auto dealership and knew that a NON-RESIDENT cannot register more than one vehicle in RI!!! Regards, [redacted] ***

I can set up another meeting with Honda for you and you can discuss the situation with them and find a resolutionI can't give you anything in writing as to what they are going to do because I am not them

from his first reply, he said that everything was paid, now he is saying that I owe, if you look at the bill it says registration fees. that was paid and registration fees on a vanity plate is not over 850.00. if you look on the Purchase agreement, it shows nothing due for balance on delivery. This dealership has had numerous complaintsand again, they knew I was in a hurry to pick up my little girl, and they kept messing up on the ins, and then they tried switching cars on me once we agreed, they had that paper that they kept making changes onthey tried getting a blanck check from me. and now this. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman, and I will make it known in the business that I am in, that this dealership takes advantage of women. I am in the banking business and I do a lot of RI women's events and I feel this dealership likes to bait and switch and even in his previous email at first he said nothing was due, now its changed
