Mr***'s problem is with *** Honda, not Grieco Honda they built the car we are just a franchised dealerI have spoke to *** Honda on his behalf many times and they have worked out a remedy for Mr***. He refuses to contact them or meet with them so my hands are tied,
again my service manager set up an appointment last Wednesday and he didn't show up

This
is the kind of response I've been constantly getting from this business, it does not resolve the problem at allBesides, your financial representative already checked with your registration department last Monday, when I was there in person, and as I stated earlier, the registration was there, all ready to be mailedI was unable to pick it up that day because the registration department closed before I came (I was at the dealership at 6pm), so, unless your financial guy misinformed me on purpose, the level of information between the departments at this dealership is unacceptable, which results in the same kind of appalling service, not even mentioning the so-called professionalism of their lower salesmen. Not acceptable at all

As I look at the original deal, you signed all the paperwork stating that you were putting $down per month for 36 months miles per yearYou gave us $so you owe us $that's why you are receiving bills from us I can forward you all the copies of the paperwork, but we need to get paid our $or I have to proceed on my end with the proper authorities

I have responded to this customer via email the vehicle was paid off I sent him a copy of the check that was mailed on 8/and I will follow up on his registration on Monday

She owes up part of her down paymentShe signed a contract and failed to give us the money, I need to collect her down payment or I have to pursue this legally

Metro reimbursed Mr ***

On the first message he said everything was fine now he is saying I oweI have no paperwork saying I owe any more money and the bill says for mass reg which was paidAnd it doesn't cost over to pay registration feesI just want a letter saying nothing is owedSince even in the original message from the dealer he said everything was all set now changing the story

I'm not really sure what happened I was out of the office last week, but that is not the way I or my dealership does businessWhen can you bring the vehicle back so I can make the problem right

“I forgive you! But, let the Truth set you freeI am flabbergasted and perplexed by your deceitful practicesJust on or about Thursday, April 27, around 8:40am, Service Manager *** *** of Grieco Honda in Johnston, RI called me on a recorded line stating, “We have agreed to refund you the $and ask that you consider on taking down the negative postings (Still no apology).” I position to Service Manager *** *** that the focus should be on doing the right thing but I’m more concerned with proper treatment and explanation of what happened to my carService Manager *** *** speculated on possible failures of my vehicle but toke no ownership and issued no apologyThis is not a matter of chump change but principlesI presented you with a service failure politely granting you an opportunity to resolve the matterYou in return avoided the matter, dismissed me; my complaint, treated me like a second class service customer (That’s wrong) instead of giving me the benefit of the doubtYour proper timely respond should have been (should this not be a scam): 1. An apology: My ***, we apologize for the inconvenience We are not sure what transpired but please allow us to make this right and look into the matter further.2. Investigate within your internal process (integrity officer/ quality assurance) 3. Take ownership (stop covering up for one another) & not blow me off for I am a busy gentleman by the grace of God.Your deceptive practices need to stop! Your Service Advisor *** *** pressed me at the time of service (Saturday, February 18, 2017) to come back Monday, February 20, to address the urgent safety matter of my brake failures and brake calipers sticking for X amount since she does not have the parts on handI responded, “No thank you.” She pressed matter againI said may be SaturdayShe responded that she will not be here Saturday and I responded that I’ll call you if neededUpon me walking to my vehicle, I asked Service Advisor *** *** if she rotated my tires as requested Service Advisor *** *** replied, “Will do it next time, your tires are new (bad service).” Now, *** Muffler inspected the vehicle on or about 3/31/around 4:00pm (due to the maintenance light coming on because you failed to render the services in which I paid for) and brought nothing of that fact of brakes or brake calipers sticking and need of urgent repairNot only that, *** Muffler found no evidence of service being fulfilled by Grieco Honda of Johnston, RI service department after their *** Touch Visual Courtesy Check and they also found no leak in my vehicleFurthermore as I reported to you in my email sent to Service Manager *** *** with documents attached, on or about 3/27/around 7:30am, I checked the oil gage myself (with my wife as witness) and discovered the oil was tremendously low and dark (barely nothing because the services was not completed!) Initially I thought that Grieco Honda of Johnston, RI just forgot to reset the oil change light (common error) but after checking it myself (along with, *** Muffler), I discovered that it wasn’t soBy your defensive nature, cover-up, mistreatment, and lack of empathy, I can clearly see your wrong doingTruthfully, you have some great guys on your car sales side of the business in which I met when I almost bought your GM’s Honda *** last summerBut now, I am highly disappointed of your business practicesYou don’t have to treat me as an honorable clergy of the state but at least treat me and this situation decently and in orderIf you would stop the shenanigans, have a reasonable conversation with me to what happened, deal with me in truth, and offer a sincere apology (if this is not a scam), all this would not have to beI don’t need your money (trust me!) but you need to do the right thing and treat your service customers rightUnless you do but just not for a small town black preacher.I will wait for your response before escalating this matter further.

Thank you,

My service manager has been in contact with this customer and many of his claims are untrueIf in fact there was no oil or transmission fluid as he states the car would have had a blown motor and blown transmissionMy technician failed to reset the oil change light and we apologize for that and will refund him for the oil change but that is it

Back on 10/I was actually still waiting for the title to be delivered and my concern was that the application for title was prepared incorrectly.Coincidentally, the New Hampshire title was delivered today, but with the stated mileage in errorThis delivery came about from a telephone discussion I had with *** *** and *** Grieco on 11/So at least there has been movement and yes there has been contact outside of the Revdex.com Complaint processUnfortunately, since my last comment on Revdex.com, a number of other issues have arisen or been clarified, remain open and are documented below*** and Grieco are aware of all of rthese and have indicated a willingness to try to work them out, but that was pending resolution of the missing titleI'm not sure where we stand right now with a title in hand that has incorrect stated mileageI'll be reaching out to them via e-mail today with this updateAnyway...As of today, my remaining complaint and preferred remedy is as follows:$cash in lieu of the advertised but never delivered 'test drive' $*** Gift Card.$cash in lieu of the contracted but never delivered WE OWE 'First oil change'.$1,cash in lieu of the contracted but never delivered WE OWE 'Buff out scratches'.$refund of fees paid due to failure to process and deliver in a timely fashion the contracted New Hampshire registration, documentary and title preparation fees in addition to the expired and now useless temporary plate and a court filing fee.$refund of unnecessary finance charge due to statementsThose are $1,actual damagesI'm also hoping there's something to be added by them to make up for my time and troubleWe'll see on thatAnd whatever comes next with the incorrect title.Thank you for following up with me.*** ***

I'm very sorry how this matter was handled, that is not the way that my dealership operates. I will refund the $200, I just need the correct address to send it to.
Thank You,
