The notion that I would discuss/accept/reject a proposal on the spot without a prior review by my legal advisor is ridiculous. I understand "you" are not "them", but as I told your service manager several times, I also know that "you" can communicate this to "them". I have tried to communicate this directly to Mr. [redacted], and my request was ignored. Again, I would need to review a written document (an e-mail would suffice) in order to have a meeting and accept proposed solution.

 This case is not resolved what so ever.Metro Honda FORGED MY SIGNATURE and also came up with new documents that are NOT the original from when I bought the car.They were NEVER SUPPOSED TO TRY AND REGISTER MY CAR IN RI!!!  I was never a RI resident, never had a RI driver's license.  I gave them my CO driver's license and CO address!  They FRAUDULENTLY took my money TWICE for registration, plates and tags but I NEVER received those items!  I HAD TO PAY A THIRD TIME then I finally got those items.They are liars, cheats and frauds.I am beyond stressed out and need help getting my money refunded.  I drove with NO registration for EIGHT MONTHS and on EXPIRED PLATES FOR TWO MONTHS because of them!!See my original letter I certified mailed them in April -- I sent that letter to you when I originally contacted you.[redacted]

As stated in the...

complaint, my desired outcome was: "That either a loaner vehicle or my contracted for LIC/REG and TITLE be delivered today 09/29/2017, such that I have uninterrupted ability to drive." No loaner vehicle was ever made available and the contracted for terms of LIC/REG were not met until 10/04/2017. Due to Grieco Honda's laziness, incompetence, maliciousness or some combination of one or more of those reasons, my vehicle was illegal to drive for five calendar days. Further, the accompanying TITLE document, aka the New Hampshire Application for Title contained material errors that must be corrected before I can submit it. That term remains outstanding. [redacted], General Manager Grieco Honda, telephoned yesterday and asked me to close this complaint on the basis that I had received my New Hampshire registration and license plates, that I could now drive the vehicle legally. I reminded him that he had not yet finished the job and so my complaint would remain open at least until that is done. Unfortunately as he exited the conversation, having not gotten what he wanted, something about his approaching me as a gentleman, he left me with the impression that he was now withdrawing from trying to resolve this and prefers to leave the rest to Grieco Honda's lawyer/s.

Please add your rejection comments below. Nothing is getting resolved with this back and forth Bologna.  THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE AND HAVE DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS THAN THE ORIGINALS FROM JULY 2015.  Can't you see that they're lying, cheating crooks?!?!  I told the sales people a million times that I was a travel nurse, done with my assignment in RI and was heading to CA next on business.  I had nurse managers FROM California calling me WHILE I was in Metro Honda and I had to wave the young sales guy away because he kept interrupting me while I was doing a phone interview.  And I told him that too.  I had NO interests or plans of becoming a RI resident; I was there on business!!  I HAVE to change my auto insurance to fit the city and state I work in for the 3 months I'm there to work otherwise my insurance carrier said I'm not covered!  Metro Honda was given my COLORADO DRIVER'S LICENSE AND COLORADO HOME ADDRESS TO RUN MY CREDIT CHECK.  So why the hell would they try to register my car in RI?!  They're an auto dealership and knew that a NON-RESIDENT cannot register more than one vehicle in RI!!!

They rushed me out, service was not rendered, my calls was avoided, no explanation was given, service department never issued an apology and reasonable accommodations for the inconvenience.  Please provide refund, answers, and an apology.
