My initial experience was not favorable as it seemed easy to get in the program, yet once that individual succeeded, the follow through was week and seemed like I was dealing with someone different about every other month. There were definitely points of doubt during this process. It wasn't until one account reached a settlement phase, did I feel that I really started getting the kind of service I felt I should have received from day 1.
