I just want to share my most positive experience with customer service Rep Kori Mitchell. I have been doing business with GRT for about 6m now and everyone has been GREAT assisting me with any matter, however Kori Made my day today! I called about a deferred payment due to the holidays and financial reasons and she said let me look at your account and see what I can do to help. She advised me that my payments would go to the end of my program and I would resume normal payments January 2018. This was the BEST Blessing I could have received, for her to take that extra time to reassure me that my account would be okay and to call anytime with questions, and don't be afraid to ask questions. Hope you have more workers like her. Thank you for all the help I have and hope to continue to receive with GRT
