Fantastic customer service
Spoke with Ashley a minute ago. Not only did Ashley handle my issue professionally and promptly but she also went above and beyond routine service by doing additional research I did neither request nor expect. She was also friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

What a great experience! The typical chat bot interactions we have most everywhere else these days will never catch up to this level service. Thank you, Ashley!

Poor Costmer Srvice
WARNING...WARNING to all costmers / buyers. I placed an order in December. It turns out the item back ordered. I requested a refund. Costmer service stated that it would take 21 days for a refund. Gee just think if you owed GSM they wouldnt be waiting 21 days for payment. Every time I call GSM I have mutible excuses why I still have no refund. Its now few days before March and still the same excuses..Please not all bad reviews about GSM this on going from many ,many costmers.

Poor Costmer Srvice

Gee just think if you owed GSM they wouldnt be waiting 21 days for payment. Every time I call GSM I have mutible excuses why I still have no refund. Oh and its been escalated. Its too bad that GMS trains there employees to give false information and excuses to there costmers on why you still have no refund. It now few days before March and still the same excuses. GSM needs rework in upper management. Its all about profit for the quater and zero costmer service. Please not all bad reviews about GSM this on going from many ,many costmers.

DON'T Buy Here! Terrible customer service
I bought 3 Knives for some of my employees at Christmas through ExpertVoice.com. Well, the knives were advertised as 8-inch knives and when they arrived, they were 2.5 inches. Thus, I needed to return them. I contacted GSM and made arrangements and they paid for shipping. I then bought 3 other knives through the same site and got them. When they received my return, April P. (GSM Senior Team Lead) emailed me saying that they were no longer going to honor my return but would offer me store credit. Why would I want to shop with you after you pulled a bait and switch? Now, at Christmas where money gets tight, I am forced to give them more money. The explanation is that they were purchased through a company that they were a partner with, but they choose not to honor their returns. Maybe you should have a process in place to return items knowing that you entered a business dealing with them! I would shop anywhere else but this store.

Great folks, just don't email them.
I ordered three knives from GSM through a third party. They had a bad description on the site (2" knife was listed as 8"). I emailed GSM though their website...no response. I called them and talked to Marissa and she was able to process a refund for the error. I did have to eat the price of the original shipping though. I get it, the third party jacked the description. I would think that they would have to eat it but I am still happy to be getting my refund. I would buy again

NOTE: I got on this review sight and WOW, its shocking how many bad reviews GSM has received. I am hoping after seeing so many bad reviews that my items get mailed. But I have to wait and see. Upon a successful outcome to fixing my issues I will repost a review.
I had no problem getting through to report my issue on missing parts in my MUDDY TREESTAND Mod. MUD-LGND.
Although I did have to re-call to get this corrected, as some how it was not shipped Yet all my info was on record.
As of last evening I received an replacement and replace order authorization email.
I own 4 of these tree stands love their construction and design.

Excellent services
I did get excellent technical service and support for my Camera. The PIR Sensor was defective on my camera so I contacted the vendor which they helped with troubleshooting and gave me suggestions but the camera still had problem with the PIR sensor. The responses were always within 24 hrs and very professional. It ends up that the vendor did send me a replacement camera within 5 business days right at my door by FedEx. Very satisfied with the new camera, and vendor

Avoid these people
I placed an order for two Mirage 2,0 Lights out on October 19th 2022 on a customer order special price of 50% off. I was told approximately 10 days to ship. I found exactly the same deal on Amazon that same evening with 3 day delivery. I called back on October 21 and canceled the order with the intent of using the refund to order from Amazon. The full price had already been deducted from my bank account with no product shipped. I was told it would take 21 days to receive my refund. I thought that was unreasonable,
but I am now on 53 business days and still waiting. Do NOT do business with these people. I've made numerous calls to the very nice, compassionate people in customer service, with a minimum of one hour on hold each time. All of this to no avail as they could only send in house emails and messages. I was ordering new to replace cameras that had failed in less than 2 years. As a side note, Amazon issues almost instant refunds on cancelations and returns. My new cameras will come from someone else, and I will continue to tell all the people I've come to know over a lifetime outdoors. I gave one star because I couldn't give a minus number.

Poor customer service and failure to folow through as promised
GSM has very poor customer service and will not follow through on what they promise, I wish I could give 0.00001 star, I don't think they even deserve that. They have purchased many brands such as SOG, BirchwoodCasey, and many other outdoor hunting and fishing brands. I ordered a replacement clip for an SOG knife 4 months ago, called at 6 weeks and was told it was being shipped. Tried again at 10 weeks, no answer, sent an email, no response. Tried again at 12 weeks, "call center very busy" recording, tried the "call me back option, no one ever did. I called today and actually got a live person, and was told he did not know when my clip would ship, if it ever would, but yet I've already been charged the $5 to ship it. I asked to cancel the order and refund the amount, and am told it will take 21 days to process a refund. Now this is one heck of a racket they've got going on. I recommend you stay far away from this company, you'll regret it if you don't.

Wakizashi bokken
I ordered a Wakizashi bokken training sword from a then company known as cold steel now owned by GSM outdoors and I had a question about receiving a confirmation email. I was assisted by Jennifer. She was friendly knowledgeable and answered questions about other items I was interested in. I was happy to know cold steel products will continue to be manufactured at the end of the day, I highly recommend this company to everyone. Great customer service! Thanks Jennifer, Yolanda

Lots of Patience
Hats off to Jeremiah who took all the time needed to help me through the operation of the STC - GMAX32v trail cam. He walked me through the many features of the camera and never was impatient with me or thought any of my questions were silly. Very satisfied. Encouraged me to call again if need be. Thumbs Up to him .

Can't Edit Review, So Offsetting with This
I gave a previous review of one star that I can not edit to three stars as would be more appropriate, so this should offset that.

Dangerous product, Untrustworthy Company, Worst Customer Service
The SOG Poweraccess Deluxe (they just bought SOG) comes with a ridiculous safety issue where the frame breaks with normal use at four weak points and it is liable to tear through your hand. Mine broke in two of them and the awl is broken too. They did not honor the warranty. They did say they would give me a 20% discount but it was a trick. All items on the website offer free shipping but the 20% discount only applied to a purchase over the phone, for which they required inflated shipping. For example, I tried to use the discount to replace my broken awl and they applied a discount of $3.** but added $7.** in shipping which was about the same price as the item itself. Why hasn't the Poweraccess Deluxe been recalled? How is this company in business?
Dangerous product, Untrustworthy Company, Worst Customer Service

I have found some fault of my own in this and GSM Outdoors has resolved other concerns. The only problem now is that The SOG Poweraccess Deluxe should be recalled for safety.

Great Service
Talked today to rep. Becky and no one could be more helpful than she was. Professional attitude, understanding of customer concern was her objective. Issue was solved quickly and easily. World would be much better place if every customer service rep. would be like her. Great job Becky. Gabriel..Ontario...Canada

Good customer service
I purchased a TruGlo Detonator release through Amazon which turned out to be missing parts. I discovered the issue after the return window on Amazon had closed. I left a one star review of the release with an offer to change the review if TruGlo would offer an RMA and replace the release. TruGlo did not, but GSM Outdoors (the seller) did contact me. The Customer Service rep was concerned and offered to replace the release. They did not have the same model in stock but offered me a different model - equivalent value. Sarah (their rep) sent me an RMA and the old one is on the way. Others have complained - I have no complaints at all.

No Customer service
I purchased a Wildgame Innovations Encounter Cellular camera in September 2021.
The camera stopped working in October 2021. I have been trying to contact GSM outdoors since October 2021 via email, warranty claim form, and telephone. I have not been able to speak with anyone, nor received any response from the emails or warranty form I sent. Poor quality products. Non existent customer service. Do not buy anything from GSM outdoors. Don't agree with me? Check BBB.com and look them up. They have the same type of complaints.

Range Rover Pro ((Archer’s Choice)
Terrible sight and terrible customer service! I emailed them several times in September about their junk product. No response until yesterday! They wanted me to call! I did that in September! I was on hold for 2 hours! I gave up! Anyway Range Rover Pro is a junk sight! The screw that holds aperture will not stay tight! It’s a common problem. They know it! The threads from when it was milled are fubar. So now I have a $169 paper weight! I ended buying a different brand! The other sight was $150! Avoid Truglo and this company!

I have the same sight and have had no issues such as described here. I did have issues with a Release from the same manufacturer (TruGlo) - but not this sight nor the TruGlo sight(s) I have purchased for my firearms.
Of a truth I fault TruGlo and not the seller in my case. I should also note that the seller reached out to me first and was very helpful.

Awesome customer service agent
I just finished my call for a product that was not manufactured well. What you know a 1.00 piece of plastic that holds the seat on. I called and was connected to a lady name arianna. She was outstanding. I could understand her well. No foreign accent. She went way above what she needed to do. She was able to resolve the issue. Management needs to recognize her!
