Upon further review we found that the customer's mail record, although residential, was associated with multiple businesses We alerted Dun & Bradstreet (877-763-3046) the source of the mail record, that this was not an active business record Additionally we have suppressed the customer's mail record in our internal systems Please advise the customer they may contact me at my email address above

about a year ago I notice when the alarm was set off the police never called or showed up, I thought I just cut the alarm off in timebut recently I didn't realize the alarm was going off because I was talking then my daughter said is that the alarm going off and I said oh yeah but the police never called or showed up So all from a year ago I thought I had service but I didn't

We deleted several records related to the customer's address to stop the mailing of catalogs

The e-mail address for the person at the company was not includedI would like a telephone contact number if I get another catalogThey knew my address was associated with multiple business accounts previouslyI will not know if my concern has been addressed until a month has gone by without getting the catalogs so I need contact informationI gave them numbers off the catalogs and they looked up my address previouslyI told them I got two copies every month addressed to two people who don't live hereThey already claimed to remove my address from the systemThis is a lieI don't think they have any control over the third party and I still have no contact information for someone who can be responsible for bringing this matter to closureI would bet money I get it again next monthI have been very vocal and have escalated every call to them for months

The customer was issued full credit for the mats. He placed an order for some alternative mats

A thorough investigation revealed some erroneous data in the address record which prevented proper suppression from our mailing listAll necessary corrections were made and the customer has been removed from the list

The product warranty covers defects in manufacturing, etcand does not apply to the customer's use of the dock board We reached a settlement with the customer in October, but apparently she still had concerns because she sent the dock board back to Uline In the interest of
customer satisfaction, she received full reimbursement for her purchase back on 12-15- Thank you
