The customer was issued full credit for the incorrect merchandise and related shipping charges. A reorder for the correct item was processed today (05-25-16) for delivery tomorrow.
We deleted several records related to the customer's address to stop the mailing of catalogs.
We apologize for the misunderstanding of the instant credit offer. In the catalog that the customer received, the order form referenced instant credit for qualified new buyers.
