We took additional steps to completely remove this address and name from mailing lists and prospect lists.

The customer's address was removed from our circulation files on December 15, 2016.

I would like to thank ULine for quickly removing me from their mailing list (which I never subscribed to in the first place); however their response is generic and does nothing to convince me they will do their best to reduce their wasteful marketing practice.  As this is the case, I have determined that their reply does not resolve my complaint in any way as the complaint was specifically regarding their 663 page book they send to non-clients as a prospecting tool.  The complaint was not regarding being on a mailing list I did not subscribe to. No further communication is necessary but I do not consider this complaint "Resolved".

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This is has been resolved to my satisfaction.  I tried to note this previously, but there was no option to do so.  I'm now going through emails and tried this link and it says "no response from customer" so I still can't update it.Not fair to company, and incorrect. Not realistic to expect someone to only be able to update/comment within a specific time window or see emails amongst 100s of others.Thank you, [redacted]

Customer was contacted.  We issued a refund in the amount of $113.96 on November 30, 2016.

We contacted the customer today (12-02-16) and coded her account to receive a new catalog only two times per year.  Several other related addresses were suppressed from our mailing file.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  ULINE customer service representative [redacted] D. has assured me that their Quality Assurance Department along with their marketing departments will be notified of the particulars of my issues with the order received defective.  [redacted] has assured me that corrective action will be taken as to notifying the manufacturer of the non conforming mats (sadly made in the USA) to review their Quality assurance procedures, templates, jigs, blueprints, specifications etc., to assure that what is ordered by ULINE is received by ULINE, per their dimensions and specifications.  Additionally, the note of caveat emptor (Let the Buyer beware) will be somehow added to the catalog to notify unsuspecting consumers in the future of the possibility or probability of the mats not being manufactured to the dimensions that are advertised in the catalogue, therefore subsequently shipped to the customer being defective.  The customer service representative [redacted] D. was pleasant, and amiable to work with me as to a refund of the product. The address in question was removed from our mailing list and deleted from any previous accounts.

Due to the questionable nature of this and other orders, and receiving no reply from the customer, we redirected this shipment.

about a year ago I notice when the alarm was set off the police  never called or showed up, I thought  i just cut the alarm off in time. but recently I didn't realize the alarm was  going off because I was talking then my daughter said is that the alarm going off and I said oh yeah...

 but the police never called or showed up.  So all from a year ago I thought I had service but I didn't.
